Majority of employees that work in the pharmacy have poor customer service. It is under staffed and service is slow.

People in the pharmacy have the nastiest attitudes. We get it you hate your job, we all have to work too much. Change careers or go to a different pharmacy but no need to be nasty to everyone that comes in for meds.
The skinny young girl on the register at the pharmacy cares more about checking her phone then anything.

Really nice people but unfortunately, not a good experience. I sat for 30 minutes just to be told the medication was out of stock. I was told by the pharmacist that they had been “looking for me“ but they never called my name to tell me.

This pharmacy gave me the wrong vaccine. When I complained, they told me “the system” was set up to change what I scheduled to whatever they had in stock that day. Beware!

I sat in line in the drive through for 22 minutes. I didnt get to the window until 8:03 and when i got there they had pulled the gate down and closed. I didnt go inside because i had my dog in the car. This is the second time this has happened to me since i dont get off work until 7pm. So i ask you, if i had gone inside and it took them 20 minutes to get through the 6 people in front of me, would they have pulled the gate down in my face or just served me since i had already waited so long for them.

Called and was on hold for 30 minutes and then all the sudden hung up on without ever talking to anyone!

They will not fill your orders unless you call and ask them to expedite them after sending them in, have had prescriptions sitting for 24+ hours waiting to be filled, but right after I call they are filled IMMEDIATELY. But you have to stay on hold for 20 minutes first. ridiculous.

Good luck trying to get a hold of their pharmacists. We’ve repeatedly not been able to get past hold music despite staying on the phone forever and our provider can’t get through either to give information and approval for prescription and refills. Find another pharmacy.

Dr. called in my prescription but when I come to pick it up I was told that they didn't have it in stock that they would get it for me and have it the following day. I come to pick it up the following day and was first told that they didn't have it. I said I was here yesterday to get it and was told you would have it for me the following day and I got a text saying it was ready. After looking around they found it and that's when they told me to give them 15 minutes. I got the text telling me that my prescription was ready for pick up so I come to get it hours after I got the text because I was at work and was going to pick it up on my way home. After sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes I was told that it wasn't ready. I was told to give them 15 minutes. So I parked and waited 15 minutes just to get in line and wait another 15 minutes. I understand that you're busy but don't tell me that my prescription is ready if it isn't.
