Rude pharmacy personnel through drive thru- no greeting, no eye contact. Plus told me that my card was declined. I asked if she ran correct card, I verified last 4 numbers and she said yes. I went inside. The other pharmacy personnel stated that she had no record of my credit number on file that I have been using for the last year. My question is whose card number was she running through the system. Severe lack of customer service….

Shout to the guy working at 10 o’clock on Sunday. He was by himself and he still got my order right and he was struggling but he did it. This store sucks you guys shouldn’t leave someone on their own.

The phone system has to improve. My prediction said I had to call the pharmacy to resolve an issue before they could fill my prescription but there is no way to get on the phone with the pharmacy at this location. You do have to drive there to resolve the issue then drive again to get your prescription when they actually get it in.

Normally my experience with the pharmacy staff at CVS is pretty good, but today I encountered a staff member named Paradise who was rude in her unfriendly tone and behavior. Why have such a beautiful name with such an unpleasant attitude? I pray her day and her attitude improves as the day progresses

I'm at my wits end with this pharmacy. It's obvious that they're understaffed but that doesn't excuse the staff being rude and dismissive. On top of this, no prescription is ever ready for pickup, even if you go in there two days after the automatic system has notified you that it's ready for pickup and often medications are out of stock, even though you've been told they're ready.
This is why people are resorting more and more to online pharmacies. It may look at first glance like this would take more time to receive your prescription but this just isn't the case when this is what passes for customer service.

The girl behind the pharmacy counter was extremely rude and does not need to be in customer service. She called us liars to our face and the pharmacist behind her did nothing. He heard how rude she was and apparently people have complained on her before yet, she is still there. Everyone else is usually very nice and considerate that people are usually sick that come here. Never using this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy is THE. WORST. There is a young woman who is just SO rude every time I encounter her. She shouted my first and last name and DOB across the pharmacy, which is illegal. When I asked her not to do that again, she gave me a huge attitude and told me I need to wait 30 minutes for my prescription to be ready (when a minute ago, it was in stock and ready to go, just some eye drops). So I asked to see the pharmacy manager Alex. The young lady saw me looking at her and, no joke, said, "You keep looking at me, why don't you come back here if you have something to say?!" Mind you, I had a newborn and toddler with me. We exchanged words all while Alex the "manager" looked on, not intervening! I called CVS Customer Service to make a report but I doubt anything will happen. I am transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens across the street. This CVS is CONSTANTLY out of stock of my meds anyway. Please, don't go if you value customer service, reliability, or general human decency at all!

Every time I call this CVS Pharmacy, they have the nastiest attitudes! It’s ridiculous, terrible customer service. I dread having to use this CVS!
