This is the worst company to use. I just experienced the worst customer service from a driver and dispatch. As a business owner it's people like this that gives your company a bad name in the community. I have barriers in my driveway the driver drove right over one of them and basically split it in half. It's terrible! He also said to me "I can tell you now nobody is going to pay for it" I was stunned and proceeded to tell him that I have had tows before and nobody had destroyed my property. He decided that he wasn't going to tow my car and left rolling over the barrier once again splitting it even more. I called the office and spoke to a dispatcher she was so rude speaking to me as if I was a child of hers. Disrespectful can't even describe the level of her tone and the way she spoke to me. I'm so disappointed as I have used Dave's towing many times before. I could barely get a word in to explain the situation to her. I was told "No we are not paying for anything" she refused to give me her name and credentials with the company. She said all I needed was the name of the company and that they are "Incorporated if I know what that means" I will be reporting this issue with GEICO as Dave's Towing is contracted with them. This has nothing to do on GEICO but I'm going to make it known to them how a company that's contracted with them treat its consumers.

This is one of the best towing companies in town. I had the pleasure of Will being my tow truck driver and let me tell you if you want professional and customer service oriented then he is your man. I will never use anyone else he was on time and kept me informed the whole time. If I could give him 5 stars as well I would. Thanks Dave's and Will you have a customer for life.

If negative stars were only an option. I live in a townhouse community with assigned parking spaces that are for residents only. A mail delivery vehicle parked in my assigned parking spot and then his vehicle wouldn’t start back up again, which blocked my access to my home, which I was rightfully upset about. I called the towing company that is contracted by my HOA to come remove this broken down vehicle that never should have been in my personal spot to begin with and I let the postal worker know this. He said he already called a tow truck too, so I figured that we’d see which tow truck arrived first. Your tow truck arrived first, and I simply asked him if he was with the USPS so that I could I could call my tow company and tell them not to come. When I told your driver I’d already called someone myself, he proceeded to curse me out, call me names, and called me a “Karen” for simply wanting access to MY HOME AND PROPERTY restored.
I also called in a complaint, but I wanted to write this review to let everyone know what a worthless, sorry driver that this company employs and that this should be the last service you utilize for towing service.
If you think that you saw a “Karen” today, you haven’t seen ANYTHING yet. Tell your fat, ugly, overweight driver to keep right on over exerting himself in this scorching heat. He looked like he was sweating and panting really hard. ??

Dusty came to tow my classic car. I had no idea who they were as I used my Hagerty app for road side assistance. Dusty took exceptional care of my car. My wife was home when it got there and she said he took very good care of it and was very pleasant. I guess he was on his way home but turned around to get my car. I can’t express how pleased I am with the whole experience. Will definitely call them again if I ever need anything towed.

Had Dave's Tow Away to drop off my 2009 Civic at University Ford North and the driver dropped the car and was pulling away when he ripped the front bumper off and all he said was sorry then left. So I called the dispatch and reported it and.the lady was very helpful and said I need to call back Monday and speak with the supervisor. I'm going to report this to my insurance company as well just in case they try to avoid fixing it. Update on the situation now Dave's Tow Away driver is claiming he didn't do the damage to the civil and it's all on video.....sounds like it's going come down to letting my insurance company go after them. DON'T USE THIS TOW COMPANY!!!!!!!

Jessica assisted with towing my vehicle to my address. She was on-time and very friendly. She took extra steps to ensure my vehicle was transported with no issues and represented Dave's Tow-Away in a professional manner.
I'm grateful for Jessica's service and I'm sure Tammy would be proud!!! God bless y'all and stay safe on the roads.

I've driven an older car for years, so I've had my fair share of towing experiences, including with Dave's Tow-Away...but today's experience was different. Today, after my power steering went out on me on the way downtown (yikes!), I had no choice but to get some help. The technician, Ernesto, made the process so seamless and easy. He arrived early, was super kind and helpful (he even gave me some tips on an aesthetic issue I'd been having with the car), and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I can't stress enough how Ernesto's service, kindness and positive energy made a scary and frustrating experience ultimately enjoyable.

Horrible! My car broke down last night and I was stranded at the side of a busy road where the right lane was merging into the left. I pulled way to the right. The car was dead - what turned out to be the alternator. My insurance company called Dave's Tow-A-Way first last night. The wait would've been long, so I ended up with AUTO CARE. The guy asked where to tow me, so because I lived 3 minutes away, and it was already 6:45 so he drove me home and towed the car home. This morning I called my insurance company again to come get the car and me in order to take the car to my auto repair shop and they called Dave's. I waited and waited. Finally two guys drove up with the tow truck. The driver was training the other guy. So I asked where I'd sit and was told they only would take the car. I'd have to find transportation. I called the dispatch number and conveyed what happened to the woman who answered. She was extremely rude. I told her I was driven home last night and she said oh no, that's a courtesy and that they don't do that. She said to call an Uber! I called and got AUTO CARE to come back today and had no problem whatsoever. The guy was very respectful, as was the person on the phone earlier. Great customer service. Dave's certainly could have shown "courtesy" but they blew it. I will never ever allow anyone to recommend them to me again should I need help. I'm a 65 year old woman, but age doesn't matter. Customer service does matter and should be shown to everyone. Dave's sure didn't demonstrate customer service.

Women on call was rude and had an attitude the whole time. Unprofessional and unhelpful with helping me the entire time and decided to raise their voice instead.
