This store has some of the worst customer service. I was walking the store for 30 mins or more and not one employee was available to help. One employee walked by me twice and never ask if I needed help. He was more focused on his phone conversation than customer service

I visited the DICK'S Sporting Goods store around 2:00 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. After spending about 30 minutes browsing for shoes, I felt completely overlooked by the staff. Despite there being two employees on duty, neither of them approached us or offered assistance at any point during our visit.
I decided to take matters into my own hands and scanned a pair of shoes using the available tablets, requesting that they bring a specific size from the back. After waiting patiently for 10 minutes without any updates, I finally inquired about my request. The employees seemed disorganized; one of them checked the tablet, acknowledged my name, and then left—only to return empty-handed and proceed to help other customers while we remained there waiting.
After several more minutes with no sign of our shoes, another employee approached and asked if we had received them yet. When I explained that we hadn't, he said he would take care of it after assisting one more customer. However, he ended up turning his back on us and helping 2-3 more people instead.
In total, we spent about 30 minutes in the store waiting for our shoes, and ultimately, we left empty-handed and disheartened. It was extremely frustrating to feel so neglected, and I've promised myself not to return to this location again. Customer service needs significant improvement here.

The store is filthy. Tons of dust/trash everywhere especially in the shoe department. Needs to be vacuumed and dusted routinely.

When I search gun store or ammo near me this place pops up but I went here yesterday and they don't sell guns or ammo anymore. I find that ridiculous

Shout out to Scott the manager for being super available, kind, and helpful!! Found the outdoor wagon of my dreams today. Couldnt have done it without the supportive staff and boppin playlist they had bumping the whole time.

I went for some tredmill belt lubrication. It wasn't any in the store (online it said there were three). But a woman helped me out and when she couldn't find it, she had Malcolm help me. They both were very nice and helpful. Malcolm placed an order online for me while in the store and it was quick and easy. According to my girls, he's nice on the eyes(he is) and sounds tough, in a good way, lol. But I was still able to get what I came for with the help of those two, thank you!!

My visit really solidified the best reasons to go to a brick and mortar store. Found everything I needed and that was enabled by the staff being easily accessible, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great experience! I was sad to see the parking lot so empty, I sure hope this location lasts since they seem to be doing everything right and have a great staff!
