I went for some tredmill belt lubrication. It wasn't any in the store (online it said there were three). But a woman helped me out and when she couldn't find it, she had Malcolm help me. They both were very nice and helpful. Malcolm placed an order online for me while in the store and it was quick and easy. According to my girls, he's nice on the eyes(he is) and sounds tough, in a good way, lol. But I was still able to get what I came for with the help of those two, thank you!!

My visit really solidified the best reasons to go to a brick and mortar store. Found everything I needed and that was enabled by the staff being easily accessible, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great experience! I was sad to see the parking lot so empty, I sure hope this location lasts since they seem to be doing everything right and have a great staff!

Danny was amazing, He helped me find shoes for my son who plays basketball. He engaged in conversation and really showed he cares about his job!

Decent selection of sporting goods. Customer service provided by the cashier I encountered could be improved. The store is well kept overall.

I wore a pair of goggles *once* and they wouldn't let me return it 24 hours later, with receipt and packaging, even though it was painfully tight at the loosest setting. When every other big-box retailer on the planet has vastly more generous return policies, why risk it here? I contacted corporate customer service and they gave me $10 of points (40% of the purchase value), so at least they did something. I'm altogether unimpressed.

BIKE ASSEMBLY WAS AWFUL! We brought in 2 bikes for assembly. After 5 days we called (they did not call) to see if they were ready. We go to pick them up and while puttin them in the cars, we realize that the handle bars were loose and not aligned to the front wheels. In addition, one of the handle bars came completely out of the bike. This was very concerning to me as it could have created a very dangerous situation for our kids while riding. Keeping in mind this was a service we paid for! The manager acknowledged that this could have been dangerous and gave us a gift card ($20) for the inconvenience. Once home, my son began riding his bike and sure enough the handle bars became loose and he almost fell. NOT HAPPY! TAKE YOUR BIKES SOMEWEAR ELSE FOR ASSEMBLY!

Shoe salesman to ight did not seem interested in his job or my sale for some HOKAS so I walked out and left. I will search online. At least the salesman I had on the night before was extremely nice on the phone and helpful. Need some work here!

I was called about a job position at the store and during the phone interview the question came up about pay. once I said I had to think about it, the hiring manager rudely hung up the phone. This store has poor management and people skills. I advise anyone that is looking for work to stay clear of this place!

I was having a great experience with selecting a new pair of sneakers. Two sales associates were very helpful (Danny and another gentleman). However the experience was ruined when I went to stand in the checkout line. The cashier (Adrian) helped a couple with their purchase. Once it was done he told them about a program to register their purchase and advised them to take a picture of their receipt. The customer offered to move out the way so I could be helped. Adrian then waived me off and said that they could finish there because “no one is in line”. Wow! Thankfully Laila (sp) was able to ring up my purchase.

Higher prices than ive seen in other stores, horrible inventory. No wonder this parking lot is always nearly empty.
