I walked in. The cashier was on the phone talking I picked up a few things cashout and she never stopped talking on the phone gave me my change and I went on my way. She did not say one word to me (hi, bye or thank you), sad 😔

Everything is out of stock. The aisles are congested with products on the floor instead of on the shelf. One person working the register during high traffic hours so there’s a long wait to check out. It was a terrible experience….difficult to find products because of the disorganization.

Saturday February 1st, 3:50 pm. Had a bad experience with a female worker. She was very rude and made me and other customers uncomfortable. Checked out the lady begging me first, then left my bags behind the counter and walked off. There were still people in the line waiting to be checked out. I went in for a few items and waited in line for almost 20 minutes…

Be prepared to possibly wait in long lines of about 20 people at peak times because they only have one register going but clearly you can see other staffing around....also don't be suprised because they don't have what you need...be sure to have cash AND debit in case either are not able to be taken....and bless the GenZ staffing who have no sense of customer service...

Got here at 9:15 pm and the manager working had the store closed wouldn’t let anyone in. This store has terrible management DG corporate needs a total new staff for this one

The hours are until 10 pm and I have arrived several times on the way home at 9:30 pm and from the door they tell all the people who are arriving in cars that they are closed, people tell them that it is 9:30 pm the twelve hours until 10 pm because at 9:40 and they are closed

This has got to be the most unreliable store I've ever been to in my life. The workers tend to always be missing, and almost always no one is at the register, so much so that they got a self check out, which isn't always on. If it's not on, then you usually have to wait some time before a person will appear at the register. Seems like that would defeat the purpose of a self check out. The checkout line used to take forever before they added the self checkout. If there's a cashier up there, they may just be playing in their phone and expect all the customers to use self check out. They also seem to have a high turnover. The store also randomly closes. I've been here so many times at random times in the day, and they are closed for tons of different reasons. The prices on items are wrong pretty often also I don't usually say anything about it anymore just because by the time I find out I've usually already stood in line so long I'm just ready to leave. I'm also not a fan of the new layout of the store. Things are a bit harder to find now.

This store needs to be closed down no one ever works in this store and you purchase stuff and still have to use the self checkout why is workers in the store standing around and don’t help close this location asap

Just because you all have self checkout now.. does not mean you stop taking customers, cashier standing at a register on her phone with a 'Register Closed' while I walk up. Not a good look.

I am disappointed with this location. Last week, I placed 2 orders at this location and by the time I arrived there, they told me they saw no order and they were gonna close but it was 6 pm. When I was waiting for my order, they sent me an email saying it was canceled because they didn't have any employees or the items I placed for. But when I got there. I saw the items right in-front of me. Today when I arrived here, there was an employee following me and my husband around the store like I was steal something, I felt racially profiled since I was only Hispanic person store and I was being followed. When I was checking out, I wanted to make 2 separate transactions on 2 different account yet the lady who was following rudely told us we aren't allowed to make 2 separate transaction. This is not stated anywhere at all. Will never come back, please do not spend your time here.
