Always enjoy the excellent hospitality exhibited when I shop here. I find a lot of deals for $1.25. However, the aisles are very tight especially when boxes are open to put stock on the shelves. Employees are quick & knowledgeable as to where items are. I always buy $80 or more of items. Cannot take items pub to car b/c of tall pole on shopping cart. Can we please have a cart to go out to car w/out a pole? I find it very annoying when the customer has spent almost $100 & cannot take purchased items out to their cars….🙄👎🏽

It's getting much better in every way the past few months. I used to literally see cashiers and customers yelling and cussing each other out. I called it The Holla Tree instead of Dollar Tree.

I was able to find a lot of cool items that weren't at my local Dollar Tree. The store was going through a reset when I visited. I will say that the staff was very friendly at this store. The manager came and opened a register when the lines became long. That was awesome 👌. There have been many times I have been at a Dollar Tree, and customers have to wait even though there are other staff members in the store. I understand they are busy doing their work, but I appreciated the manager in this store stepping in and helping his staff and customers. On my next visit to Durham, I'm stopping by here again and see what other goodies I can find

This location is under-staffed and a bit under-stocked like most dollar stores right now, but the cashiers are always polite and kind.

When I'm in a hurry and need something quickly, I can run in, grab it, and go. Staff are very kind and friendly, too. Gotta get used to $1.25, but I understand.

The man David is so rude he talk to customers any kind of way I went there one night around 830. They close at 9 o’clock. The doors was locked. The man told me I had to come back tomorrow because they are closed. The store closed at 8:30 and not nine and that they be shortstaff but I saw two people walking through the store. I would never go here again the man, David, he’s rude. He fuss at every customer that comes through his line. he always have something negative to say about the shoppers.
