Ghetto is all I can say. 22mins after the store is open I get there with the store clerk talking to someone outside. She runs inside and locks the door as I pull up and says through the door they're closed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND EVEN WORST ONLINE ORDER OPTION. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. On 12/13 I sent a message because I was having the following issue: Online pick up is a joke, extremely ridiculous. I placed an order on 11/10, confirmation email said it would take 7-10 days. Didn't receive any updates. On 12/1 I finally received an email saying the order was ready for pick up. I went to the store that same day and the employee told me my package didn't arrive. I asked why I received an email then. She said she didn't know and that I needed to wait till the following Wednesday 12/6 for truck day to see if maybe my order would arrive. I asked how I will know as I already received the email. She said they would call. On 12/7 I received another email reminding me to pick up the order. No one called me so I started calling on Friday 12/8. On 12/11 someone finally answered and she said: 'I can't check right now, there's nothing I can do about it'. Today 12/13 I called a few times till someone picked up the phone. I said I was waiting for a package and she automatically said is not there. I explained it wasn't from this week. She still says they don't have it. I asked how does she knows without even checking and she said because the names are unique. Just unbelievable! That's why I kept calling to no waste my time and money as I need to take an Uber to pick up. Because of this situation I have lost money because I didn't have the product needed for my business. Thanks for nothing Dollar Tree. They replied: Hi Lenni - We are very sorry for any inconvenience you experienced with your online order. Please share with us your order number and contact information, so that we may have this addressed. Thank you. I sent my info and as of today I haven't received any follow up. I really think that 9 days is more than enough for you to get back to me. This is beyond disrespectful. I expect a refund to my account within 24 hours

God awful place but I will say they had the cheapie earbuds I needed. Staff was friendly but the store itself is a disaster.

I’ve shown up at the opening time three times now where they weren’t open at the posted times. Super frustrating! Today I went at 9:10 and the doors were not open.

Came at around 7:30 and the doors were already locked. The clerk just looked at us with the doors just locked, clearly knowing the store closes at 8pm. -_-

This is by far the worst Dollar Tree in the entire area of the Triangle. Staff rarely opens the store on time. One day they didn't open until 10:30am when it's supposed to open daily at 9am. Shelves are empty and rarely stocked most of the time. If I've ever asked for help with finding an item in the back that is not on the shelf, I've been told without looking in the back that they don't have it. The door to the stockroom is often open and there are always piles and piles of full boxes of inventory while there are numerous empty refrigerator/freezers and shelves throughout the store. One staff person, Onyx, has been consistently rude and even combative, cursing, making rude comments, belching loudly, and generally just being an insulting person during multiple visits to the store. As someone who worked in customer service, this store is appalling at how they speak to customers and how much they neglect the proper management of the store itself.

Very clean store with a good Mgr, but that cashier, Onyx was a customer service nightmare. This young man was cussing and fussing with his own supervisor for atheist 20 minutes as we shopped and said he hated working with hee. All this was done on camera and with 4 to 5 customers in line and in the store. We were so fearful, we asked her to ring our sales and not this cashier, who should have been relieved of his duties..IMMEDIATELY....

They had exactly what I was looking for!! Friendly staff and quick check-out too. A lot of empty shelves but, stock was waiting on carts to be shelved. They're probably experiencing staffing shortages like many places are.
