  Went there to buy some fall decoration. waited in line to check out. Right on my turn, they shut it down and open to a different register while not checking if people were still in line. I'm not going to wait another 15 mi uses after waiting 15 minutes for my damn turn for check out. Instead, told my wife we're going to Hobby Lobby because we're not waiting for 30 minutes to buy cheap stuff. Went to hobby lobby and spent 2.5x on decoration that actually looks nice. Not a nice place to shop, and customer service is obviously terrible.

  I called at 8:03pm before i got there and asked if they were still closing at 9pm, the lady that answered said yes. I get here at 8:20 and it’s a sign in front of the store and a worker standing in front of the store while it’s “closed” don’t lie to me and tell me you are open for me to waste gas to come and yall are closed with made up hours! This was a waste of my time even after double checking. EDIT: as I’m submitting this review there have been 3 cars that have pulled up wondering if the store is open.

  This is one of the HOODEST stores ever. Loud, low vibration, inappropriate music if children are shopping with parents! SMH

  Don’t waster your time coming here they are always closed. They changed their hours and are never open at the hours listed. They close 30-45 min before the closing time listed on the door. Supposedly they close at 9 but the doors are locked by 8:20. If the staff doesn’t want to work the hours then hire a new staff !

  They always close early. You never know if they’re gonna be open or not. Please update the website to reflect accurately.

  Arrived at the store AF 8:42pm and the doors were already locked and they were closed. Don't advertise your hours as one time and then lock your doors whenever you feel like closing early. So frustrating! This store is always a mess anyway, so Ai will just start buying my cleaning supplies elsewhere.
