This is the worst dollar tree ever. The manager on duty had a very disrespectful attitude. The manager told me the bathroom was out of order. I do not plan to ever return to that dollar tree again in new hope commons!

I never know what I'm going to end up buying here, that's part of the fun. To give Dollar tree some credit, most of the things for sale are $1.25, which is not a dollar but it's better than the prices at Family Dollar where things are just as expensive as any other retail store.

I didn’t know that you can get paid to FaceTime and talk on the phone while you ring people up at the register. Cashier name tag said ZY. Very poor customer service and absolutely no respect to customers! Dollar Tree should reevaluate who they hire and give free money to!

I had some downtime so I went in this store. Got my things no problem. Got to the register and a cashier name Patrick rang up me. I got alot of things to drink. Then I heard him say I'm going to put all these things in a bag I don't care how heavy it is. Now in this dollar tree you can't take the cart out of the store. So he made the bags heavy on purpose. I don't know this person had never seen him before in my life. If he doesn't like his job he should quit so someone else can work there. Customer service is always important.

Visited this store 7/5/24..aisle full of boxes and floats..young man was stocking,slamming boxes obviously upset about something..just inappropriate his entire backside was was hanging out of his shorts..disgusting asked the cashier who is the young man stocking..She said he’s our freight manager..I’m shocked 😳..overall the store is a mess and management could care less.

I went to fill with helium some balloons and they told me that they were not allowed to fill up ballons if you don,t buy them in the store. I did not want it for free I offer the skinny white maneger 20 bucks for it and anyway he denied.From my point of view it is another source of money..

Walked in at 8:48PM and was told the store was closed. I asked what time they closed and the associate in a pink hoodie with long braids said they closed at 8:50PM. The sign on the door and hours on Google say 9:00PM. Hoped for better, but not surprised.

Visited this amazing store 2 weeks ago. Have to say was pleasantly surprised. The store is brand new, just opened. Huge huge selection of items, the isles are extremely clean and well put together. Front personnel are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to the owners of this Dollar Tree for having such a great place to shop and for having all of Dollar Tree's inventory readily accessible. You are all truly appreciated!
