If I could put zero stars I would. I got to the store and all the workers ignored me. When I asked for assistance I was met with the female rep with long dreads basically telling me I wore men's shoes even though I don't then she was willing to help me find a pair of shoes since I DON'T WEAR MENS SHOES! I had to leave and take a deep breathe then went back where I was still met with lazy workers who acted like I was bothering them because I wanted to buy several pairs of sneakers. This store needs to be shut down or cleaned out. You're basically paying people to turn people away. This DTLR location makes the company look bad.

I was genuinely shocked by how unprofessional the staff were. Most of them were just wandering around, talking loudly to each other, and completely ignoring customers. No one seemed interested in helping, and the overall environment felt chaotic and poorly managed. It’s honestly no surprise people prefer to shop online when this is the in-store experience. I left extremely disappointed and won’t be returning anytime soon.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I never do this, but upon walking in with my son in the stroller to find shoes for him I was never greeted nor acknowledged after waiting around for help for about ten minutes or so while everyone meaning whoever was staff just walked around on their phones and had various conversations between each other. There was a guy that walked in after us and a female staffer greeted him with open arms as if they haven’t seen each other in a while I’m guessing they’re friends. But he was acknowledged. My son and I was in the infant/toddler section and he started to get a little fussy I was still not helped, I had to ask someone if they worked they’re since we were just waiting for assistance. A short light skin guy with dreads told me it depends when I asked if he worked there, then I said we’ve been here and I wanted to purchased shoes for my son and he said the card reader machine was down but they’re accepting cash and I immediately said okay good thing I don’t have cash because we was not helped or acknowledge and he recommended I go to Duke St and we did just that! At Duke St I was acknowledged and greeted and the gentleman there even tried the shoes on my son’s foot and we walked out with three pairs of shoes instead of one. At Duke St the cashier gentleman even came to open the doors for us when we were leaving since I had my hands full with pushing a stroller and holding my baby!

This place scammed my son. They sold him some shoes they said he could resell at a profit and when I tried to return them they said I couldn’t get my money back. They gave my kid a “employee discount “ as the reason.

Terrible customer service! 4 associates, empty store no one looked up from their personal conversations to greet us. My daughter waited for someone to acknowledge her and assist her and they never did. This was not the first time. Will never go back

Came Christmas shopping with my new baby. Waited in line to gain access to the fitting room. Manager working said he was the only person who could open the door. He made me keep waiting until he kept checking out people who were on line in back of me. I ended up leaving. Very poor experience.

Worst customer service ever! Ravens eyes went to the back of her socket twice and she pointed to dude and told him to help me.

THE WORST EMPLOYEES AT ANY SNEAKERS STORE EVER.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, FUNKY ATTITUDES NO PROFESSIONALISM RUDE OBNOXIOUS ATTITUDES ARE DEFINITELY SLUM. WHAT MAKES IT WORST EVEN THE MANAGER WAS SLOPPY WITH HIS ATTITUDE. DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO BRING YOUR MONEY TO BUY FROM... ALSO WHEN I WALKED IN CURSING WAS THE LANGUAGE THAT THE STAFF KNOWS CALLING EACH OTHER THE NIG WORD AND BIT%$&.. IF THE MANAGER ALLOWS THIS IMAGINE WHAT THERE CORPATE OFFICERS ARE LIKE.. DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO BUY FROM

Very bad customer service. I was there by my daughter, two pair of shoes and the cashier had no communication skills whatsoever gave me an attitude when I was only trying to pay for the purchase but instead she insisted to keep strolling on her cell phone on social media.
I spoke with the manager on duty. He said he will speak with her but to be honest, I don’t think she’s fit for a job at that location or at that establishment.

We were not greeted or helped by anyone today, other customers were very hateful towards us and the first thing is said to my sister walking out of the store was we were not welcomed by anyone…we were the only white family in there looking for Jordan’s for my nephew and we may not have looked like much but we were walking around with 20 grand looking for shoes my nephew wanted and liked so thanks for treating us like nothing so we didn’t spend a dime in your store we did however spend 360$ for shoes for him at another store and your store Carried the same shoes….

I don’t get why the guy with the dreads gave me such a bad attitude when I asked for my shoe size. POLITELY. almost like it’s your job or something. I would rather go to any other shoe store in the mall than step foot in this ratchet mess again.
