They should learn how to talk professionally and get things done as they are supposed to be. So disappointing as myself as a Duke employee as well. Lots of room to improve.

Every time I go To fill my prescription which is my high blood pressure meds they always say I still have meds left when I don’t I’m so tired of them being unknowledgeable about people’s prescription it’s getting to be a bad habit of this pharmacy at Duke Children’s Hospital and Durham Nc

There medication formulas are great. I just wish they were faster with medication .I have had 1 lady make my son medication in 10 mins after I told her my transportation issue. Others seem to still make me wait a extra 2 hours after my appointment.
