“The people here are fantastic! They are super close to my house, but I would definitely go out of my way to use them if I had to. Far better than working with any chain, Pharmacy! I’ve been a customer of theirs for about 10 years and look forward to continuing to work with them for a long time.”

“I always get my grocery pickup from here and they are THE BEST! I have two toddlers and so I really rely on grocery pickup to help us get this huge task crossed off the list and my orders are always correct, the substitutions are few and always work great, and I am never left waiting out at the curb for more than a few minutes. 10/10!”

“I can't say enough good things about the staff at Josef's. It is such a breath of fresh air, after dealing with Walgreens and CVS, to finally find a pharmacy that actually cares. The offer free home delivery which is so convenient. I highly recommend transferring your prescriptions to Josef.”

“Abdul is amazing! He is a charismatic, hardworking young man who consistently goes above and beyond. I went through self-checkout on Sunday while Abdul was assisting customers. He was called away to gather carts outside, but before leaving, he took the time to help another customer. While in the parking lot, he noticed a customer’s cart rolling away, quickly stopped it, and returned it to her. I’ve had several brief interactions with Abdul while shopping, and each one has been pleasant. His positive attitude, kindness, and strong work ethic truly stand out. It’s refreshing to see such dedication and professionalism in a young person. Kudos to Abdul!”

“Went to this store and was helped very gracefully by Kaye in the floral department. Wasn't sure what I wanted for my wife so Kaye combined 2 different items together and said these look great together. I took her advice and look at the picture I took when I got home. She is an excellent example of Harris Teeter and as an individual who really cares.”

Ive jogged in and out of the store at least 2 times a week over the past 3 months. Everyone is polite and welcoming. Very organized and clean.”

“The store is well-run, but the people who run the Express Lane out of this location are incredible. My orders are always on time, substitutions are appropriate, and they communicate well. I use grocery pickup for work most days of the week, and they’re so reliable that I’ll never use Instacart again.”

“This Harris Teeter was very similar to other ones. The produce section was much more fresh than the other ones I have been too. The shelves were a little bare but I did come late afternoon on a Sunday so that was expected. The parking lot can be a challenge during busy times. It was very hard to pull out of the parking lot and there were other cars coming from every direction.”

“Went in for a flu shot and insurance wasn't even needed! Also, I received a $10 off a $20 total purchase at Target. This year's flu strain is reportedly worse than some years, so a vaccine is highly recommended.”

“I needed gluten free flatbread to make homemade pizza. I'm not familiar with GF bec it was for a guest. I approached the bread man who was stocking named Kevin. He was super nice and all he had was loaf and he directed me to the bakery/deli section after telling me to also check frozen. I headed first to deli. A nice young woman named Jamiya in the deli, instead of telling me where to look, walked me all over the store including back to the bread guy to get more info on GF. We went to refrig biscuit section w/ no luck, pie crusts section then finally found GF frozen pizza dough. Another employee Kirsten helped join in the search as well. Jamiya even read off some of the ingredients/directions on the packaging bec I could not see very well. Outstanding service! I haven't been treated this well in a very long time. Bravo Harris Teeter! I wanted to do a HT survey but there wasn't one on my receipt. This is my new go to store. Has it's gas station at bottom of parking lot- very convenient.”

“I recently went to Hersey for the first time and the service was amazing. It was very clean and organized inside. They had my prescription ready within 30-minutes. I appreciated the courtesy text letting me know when my prescription was ready and the costs for the same. I can't remember the last time I've been thanked for my business at a pharmacy but it was really nice that they said that to me today as it was my first pickup there. Friendly and prompt service.”

“The medical staff was awesome and I'm hoping to have all of my medical needs taken care of at Duke. I would recommend the specialty pharmacy and the hospital itself to anyone. It's a mini trip everytime I have to go, but having experienced the worst care possible at Cape Fear Medical Center and it being the only place available in Cumberland County to go for medical care, I will gladly make that drive to Duke!!”

“I've been going here since it was Kroger Pharmacy for a couple of reasons. They are generally the lowest cost option with GoodRX and the service is always great. Jessica is an absolute delight to deal with and today I had a prescription called in by my dental office. She set up on the text notifications to let me know when they received the prescription order and even called me prior to getting the automated text notification. Service like that is rare these days.”

“I was visiting my daughter and offered to go on a grocery run for her. She directed me to Harris Teeter on MLK Blvd. I have to say, it was by far the most pleasant grocery shopping experience I’ve ever had! The deli service was fantastic with some humor added in, an employee noticed I was looking for a particular hard to find item and promptly looked it up and found it for me, and my cashier was delightful! I wanted to recognize the folks who clearly take pride in the word service in customer service!”
