I have two toddlers and so I really rely on grocery pickup to help us get this huge task crossed off the list and my orders are always correct, the substitutions are few and always work great, and I am never left waiting out at the curb for more than a few minutes. 10/10!”

“I needed gluten free flatbread to make homemade pizza. I'm not familiar with GF bec it was for a guest. I approached the bread man who was stocking named Kevin. He was super nice and all he had was loaf and he directed me to the bakery/deli section after telling me to also check frozen. I headed first to deli. A nice young woman named Jamiya in the deli, instead of telling me where to look, walked me all over the store including back to the bread guy to get more info on GF. We went to refrig biscuit section w/ no luck, pie crusts section then finally found GF frozen pizza dough. Another employee Kirsten helped join in the search as well. Jamiya even read off some of the ingredients/directions on the packaging bec I could not see very well. Outstanding service! I haven't been treated this well in a very long time. Bravo Harris Teeter! I wanted to do a HT survey but there wasn't one on my receipt. This is my new go to store. Has it's gas station at bottom of parking lot- very convenient.”

He went out of his way to not only help me find a product that wasn't in his section, but he continued to search down several aisles until he came upon it. “I've been going here since it was Kroger Pharmacy for a couple of reasons. They are generally the lowest cost option with GoodRX and the service is always great. Jessica is an absolute delight to deal with and today I had a prescription called in by my dental office. She set up on the text notifications to let me know when they received the prescription order and even called me prior to getting the automated text notification. Service like that is rare these days.”

“The medical staff was awesome and I'm hoping to have all of my medical needs taken care of at Duke. I would recommend the specialty pharmacy and the hospital itself to anyone. It's a mini trip everytime I have to go, but having experienced the worst care possible at Cape Fear Medical Center and it being the only place available in Cumberland County to go for medical care, I will gladly make that drive to Duke!!”

The pharmacist and techs at this HT Pharmacy location are just so outstanding and personable that I refuse to move pharmacies no matter how busy they get! I guess the secret's out! ?? Karen, the pharmacist, is so wonderful and caring and goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of - she regularly calls me to let me know prescriptions are ready to pick up and if something's not ready, she always lets me know why. In a world where healthcare can be such a needless hassle sometimes, these wonderful people are doing everything they can to make the lives of the community easier and better. Thank you!!! ❤️

Camille helped me again today - my prescription wasn't in stock at their location so she went above and beyond to get it transferred to a different location AND check up on them to make sure they were getting the job done! Wow! The most amazing customer service I've ever received, and took away so much of the hassle I usually feel when dealing with pharmacies! Thank you Camille you're the best!!! ❤️❤️❤️
