Staff was very unprofessional especially the young black female.
Gossiping about others, using profanity, just not the atmosphere I'm used to.

I give them a 2 because they were kind of nice. But should i not be offended when I know they are supposed to ask everyone for ID and 3 customers go before me, and they didn't ask a single one of them, but decides to stop me? All because i was in there looking confused?? I have an On-premise and Off-premise certificate, so I know they were dead wrong for trying to use the excuse that it's because I look younger. The last before me looked 40's, but the others look late 20's early 30's. The first one looked younger than me! I even flashed my ID because i knew they were going to ask.. They made me feel super uncomfortable because I'm super sensitive to those subtle cues. Just like i knew that bottle was in the last isle but was refusing to head that way.. So as a manager you need to have better communication skills than that.
After reading a few reviews I guess I'll have to be the one who reports them

Pretty decent rum selection! They even have a W&N local sub for Jamaican white overproof. Coruba dark was a nice find but it's special order - of course. Minimal premium mezcal though.

This used to be “Sam’s Bottle Shop” but now it’s the ABC store that moved from down the street by Foodlion shopping center.
The employees are nice as well as the inside!

I understand that it is policy to request photo ID to match payment method and to verify that a customer is 21 years of age and over. But please apply this rule to all customers. It is a form of discrimination to assume that I am younger than what I am and to ask one customer for ID and not the other.

Hi! When the ABC store relocated( from being next door to Wells Fargo),the customer service went downhill. I've been there more than once and along with other customers, nobody said hello or offered us any help!! If those employees don't like their job,they should resign,don't take it out on the customers!! Good customer service is essential!!

Cashier was brief and friendly. I tried the Elvis PB and Bacon whiskey here the first time. Went back for Jim Beam Apple today.
