Durham Cycles is a friendly and welcoming bike shop with a great vibe. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, non-snobbish, and non-judgemental. They provide excellent service, from fast and reasonably priced repairs to patient, step-by-step help. Their rental service offers good value with great bikes for road and mountain biking, and staff spend extra time recommending perfect trails. They carry small size frames and support the community, passionate about getting everyone out on bikes. Customers highly recommend them for any bike need, noting the shop is incredible and gives great deals.
I visted there a month ago, and was impressed high quality, and the Ebike rental really good bike at down to earth prices.
