I went in today for help with a busted stroller tire (after trying to fix it myself without success). Celia was incredibly patient and helpful, troubleshooted the issue, sat with me to show me step by step how to replace the tube and reassemble everything, and also let me know other resources that may be helpful to me in the future. Will definitely go back with any tire or bike needs!

I have no downsides possible to mention of this spot and renting a mtn bike while in the area. Friendly, engaged, and spent extra time showing me all the trails in area and finding the right challenge for me. Bike worked great and trails recommended were beyond fun and perfect. Highly recommend!!

Durham Cycles is hands down the best and friendliest bike shop in the area. The shop has a great vibe, and the team is knowledgeable and welcoming. Their repair service is fast and reasonably priced. My favorite thing about Durham Cycles is that they support the community and are passionate about getting everyone out on bikes! They offer competitive prices for both road and mountain bike rentals.

This bike shop is incredible. Dave helped me through the process of testing out some electric bicycles. And then he helped me order the one I wanted and gave me a great deal. I can't recommend Durham Cycles enough.

The local shop is awesome. I’m trying to get back into riding and they helped me swap out new pedals on my old bike. Plus, they helped us size my child for their own first bike. They were super kind and quick and answered all my questions.

Rented bikes on a Saturday to ride the American Tobacco Trail. Convenient location to ride to the ballpark and the trailhead. Hopefully the city can improve the bike lanes between the trailhead and ninth street, but traffic was thin on a Saturday. Great ride in beautiful May weather. Great service from the store to get us fitted and on our way, gave us directions to the trailhead and advice on bike lanes. One minor mishap - they kept a drivers license while we were out with the bikes,but forgot to return it when we checked the bikes back in. We were meeting family for dinner and flying out the next AM, so the owner went above and. Beyond and delivered the license to us at restaurant (Guglhupf, strong recommend). Great service all around.

What a gem of a local bike shop! I've been in a few times over the last few years for accessories and always received outstanding customer service but this last time was above and beyond! I went in looking for a bike stand, to keep my bike from falling over in the garage but they don't sell them. Dave was happy to help, making recommendations for where I might be able to purchase one online. After discussing how committed I was to shopping local, Dave even offered to call another local bike shop to see if they carry them but then remembered that they had a used one lying around that they weren't using and GAVE IT TO ME FOR FREE! Works perfectly! I'll be back again soon and hopefully to make a purchase and support this local gem.

Celia worked so hard to figure out what was wrong with my bike. She spent serious time to find a crack in titanium bike. Nothing they could do and no charge! THAT IS FABULOUS SERVICE

This place sucks they charge for everything and want to make money not get people on bikes. Staff has limited knowledge and prays off location being great. Go to bullseye cycles! They rule, everyone’s knowledgeable, nice, and helpful.

Finally bought my 1st Non Walmart bike today. Settled on the Marin Fairfax 1. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Experienced a few mechanical glitches while riding, but once brought to the attention of the team. I left extremely pleased with the performance of my New Wheels. Thank You Durham Cycles.
