Sales person was good, and the finance guy did fine with what we wanted. There was more waiting around than expected for going from final decision to signing paperwork. Also, tried to bypass all the add-on discussion in the final pricing, but we were not allowed to bypass. That was a little annoying. Overall, we are happy with the vehicle and the associated loan.

I had a great experience purchasing my used Subaru Outback from Flow. After a horrible car accident where the other driver totaled my car, all I wanted was another Outback because it kept my wife and I as safe as possible. Nathaniel was amazing, the whole Flow team was patient and worked with me through all the chaos. I'm loving my new Outback and can't thank them enough for helping me get my #1 choice so I can feel safe on the road again. Definitely recommend going with Flow to get your next vehicle :)

After my car died on me, my friend recommended I get in touch with Pete Rubio at Flow. I’m glad I did. Pete sat down with me and went over my options with me every step of the way. He made sure I was comfortable with the process and took extra time to walk me through my cars features to make sure I was ready. Even after the deal was made and money changed hands, Pete took made sure to give me a step by step rundown of my purchase.

The service was excellent, from when I got into the dealership until I drove out. The staff were courteous, professional and very informative. Most importantly, they were patient with the choices I had to make. Davontae and Verlinda were amazing! We connected like I had known them in a previous life, and they are very evidently caring individuals.

We had a Bad experience with Flow Volkswagen of Durham Service Department. We called an asked if Diagnostic test was waved if we got the recommended service done and the lady over the phone said yes. Not true, service guy Hunter charged us not only for the test but they inaccurately diagnosed the car problem as well. They charged us twice for labor for replacing a part that wasn't a problem and having to put original part back on because it wasn't bad. We left with the same car problem as we arrived for repairs. All they could say is we never know until we start changing alot of things to find the problem, however you have to pay for all the labor costs of until they can get something right. We complained about the unfair charges and I guess they did not like it because after they kept the car for about 2 weeks, when we got it they ran out all the gas in it. One of the tires was flat, and the battery was suddenly no good.None of these were issues when the car arrived there. Very unhappy customer!!!! Beware, we spent $800 and nothing was fixed.

I have purchased 2 used cars from Flow VW of Durham in the past year. I was happy with each purchase and the ease of the transaction. I had my first experience with the service department today for a "complimentary" service. I found the service department staff to be dishonest and predatory. I will no longer go to Flow for any purchases or service. Based on other recent reviews my experience with their service department was not an isolated incident.

Excellent customer service, and performed quickly - I was out the door in 30 mins after an oil change, which I appreciate. The only inconvenience was that the mechanic left the seat plastic cover on my seat and the service number on the floor, I had to get out and look for a trash can to get rid of them. A small thing, but attention to details is important.

I had a tire replaced on my 2022 Taos. I was shocked to see that I was charged well over twice retail for the tire. I did not receive a repair estimate, which would have avoided the issue. I naively trusted the dealership to treat me fairly. I won't be fooled again

Honestly, it was definitely not one of my better visits. It took close to three hours for a tire rotation, balance and oil change. They "washed" the car and it looks terrible with water spots. I had to run it through the car wash. Apparently, with the wash vacuuming does not occur as that was not done. My tire air pressure was off this morning (which was the day after my visit), which I had to address. Just an all around bad experience.

I chose the 4-star rating because the service experience was generally good. However, I didn't choose the 5-star rating because of the following:- I noticed that the wipers were not functioning correctly and no one mentioned it to me.- The tires were rotated, but a notification on the following day appeared on the dashboard saying that the tires needed pressure.- I asked for the front plate socket to be installed. I was told that the tech was busy working on four cars and that it could possibly not happen. I was not given the opportunity to schedule a later appointment to get this done.- The job on the complimentary car wash was poorly done.Thank you for giving me the chance to share my opinion with you.Nada Taylor

They changed my appointment date without notifying me. I had to call. And when I missed the appointment they didn’t have spots available until a holiday. Also, there was no one at front desk and I had to wait til someone noticed that I was there. But regarding the attention in the mechanical and waiting area it was great, they were always looking for a way to help and so kind. Heath was awesome!

The oil pan and gasket needed to be replaced under warranty because the pan was reported to be distorted. This was likely caused by one of your techs when the gasket was replaced at your shop a few years ago. Also, the receipt said the car was washed and it wasn’t. Also, the issue with the lock seems to be fixed but all the receipt said was “latch”. Not sure what the problem was. Other than that, everything was good.

We had an excellent experience at Flow Volkswagen in Durham. We worked with Nathaniel Glenn, and we were very impressed. He was knowledgeable and forthright. He was accommodating with showing and test driving multiple vehicles. He was honest and easy to work with throughout the purchasing process. He was very enthusiastic and passionate about his job. We also had a great experience with Chavis. Lastly, the car selection in the lot was accurately reflected on their website.
