They’ve been pretty bad recently after some changes. Was quoted some equipment.Price was 1,000 more than what was quoted when I got there. Instead of honoring it they argued and argued. This establishment has gone down hill. I’ve stopped coming here unless I really need too. Go to any other supplier but here!

I 've got customers with registered Amana systems, I installed and I bought from East Coast. Now they want to replace their 2nd system and I can't buy Amana anymore. I end up looking bad, having to tell my customers I can not buy the equipment I've installed in their home to begin with. THANKS EAST COAST
