This is definitely the worst Edible arrangement location . I was told my order would be delivered between 3-6 it is now 8:50pm. I’m unable to get in contact with someone. Definitely my last time ordering. Do not order at this location.order arrived at 9:13pm. Definitely don’t look like the picture on the site. Waste of money. I paid over $100.

I won’t give this a one star but I wouldn’t give it a five star either, their website just allow me to place an order to get delivered today however when I called in, A lady picked up and told me that my order wouldn’t be able to be delivered today. Now obviously she’s unexperienced in customer service, because the right thing would’ve been to find a way to get my order delivered when I told her it had to be delivered today.

I went here on my birthday, but I hadn't preordered anything. The shop was actually already closed, but they asked me what I was looking for and what occasion. I said chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday. So the woman said to wait for a little bit. Then she came out with a box of strawberries and a balloon. I went to pay but she said no. It was so nice and the strawberries were awesome. Thank you! I will order ahead next time and pay for it!!

This place is phenomenal. I found a coupon on line and also if you order for next day delivery, they waive the delivery fee of $9.99. Chocolate dipped fruit was delicious, sent to someone at their work and was delivered on time and Shaquanna (manager) even changed up my order a tad for me. What else can you ask for!!! I am one happy customer!!!

It was Mother's Day weekend my Granddaughter and I called ahead to order and when we arrived we were stopped at the door because the small sign on the door said "one at a time". The sign was so small we didn't see it, then I told the person I ordered on the phone and was told there was no order but after several minutes the order was found.

I am trying to order an Edible arrangement to send to Duke Hospital to a very sick sweet 20 yo young man. I just couldn't spend over $100 with this company because of how rude the lady that answers the phone was to me. I was very nice and patients but at the end of the day, it seemed too difficult and uncertain if they could even deliver it and didn't really seem to want my business. I am not a post writer at all usually, but I think someone needs to be aware of how that business is being represented. They have a great product but it's too pricey to not get treated well. And for now, I have a choice.

if i could give 0 stars i would! absolutely the worst customer service/management i have ever encountered. almost everyone i have spoken to regarding the durham location says the same and worse. most of their “positive” reviews are employees, or acquaintances. do not waste your money, or time.

Never received delivery and when called to find out why. There was not a reason on why it never got delivered and no apology. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Great quality of the product! Super fresh and yum! Great gift idea especially during these COVID times. They say they can't set up a particular time of the delivery, but mine still worked out great

This is the worst Edible Arrangements location I've encountered. I scheduled a delivery for a specific time at commercial address. They didn't honor the time or call to let me know it would be late. The recipient of the edible arrangement was gone by the time they were ready to deliver. I spoke to a very incompetent employee who was rude. She hung up on me twice. She redirected my delivery to a different location and told me to expect it by 7:30 in the evening. By 8:30 I still had not received the delivery or a call from the store with an ETA. The next morning I spoke with a manager to let them know I still hadn't received the delivery. She advised me that I'd have it by 3 pm. It is now 5 pm and I still have no delivery and I haven't heard any updates. If you've read this, patronize the Chapel Hill location instead. They seem to have more sense there.
