Make a reservation and then arrive and they don’t have the car so what’s the point of the reservation 🤷♂️
Their solution is to have me reach out to them!!!!! I did and was told I get 0 help. You obviously don't care but you have lost a world traveling car renting customer FOR LIFE! I'll pay more from another company before I give you any more business

My first time at the location and will be my last. Hell the whole company. I’ll never rent from them. The only reason I went this time because the insurance company but I haven’t rented from them in years and I see exactly why I haven’t been back. The only good thing was I was able to drop the car off at another location but I’ll never rent through them again.

Over a half hour late and counting. Wasting my time and ruining the rest of my day. Not reliable or trustworthy, use someone else.

The only positive about my experience at this location was being able to leave my car on the overflow lot and meeting Mrs Brown, she was amazing. Everything else about my rental was not good. The car I was rented shouldn't have been rented to anyone

Picked up a loan car while my car was being repaired and grossly overcharged. Told my insurance would pay and then hit with $418 charge that was taken out of my credit card without my authorization. Never received a statement and impossible to contact anyone online.

I had a good first experience at this location, but the second time I made a reservation, they told me they couldn't honor it at 5 PM the evening before. So I had to scramble to see if other locations/agencies could help me get a rental at the last minute for an out-of-town trip. I reserved the car earlier in the week, why would they notify me so late if they knew they might have been overbooked? It's not on the representatives because they handled it well but they need to fix this transparency problem ASAP.

Amazing rental experience from beginning to end, this specific location has an amazing staff of young black men that do a phenomenal job at helping everyone. The young man with the locs also provided a great comprehensive breakdown after the rental was returned. I definitely will be coming back again. Thank yall.

I really enjoyed the Representative that assisted me with my rental. Although they deleted the small suv I was supposed to have gotten the Chevrolet Malibu was great. Also the no hassle when returning was easy and problem-free. I would recommend anyone to Enterprise.

I rent on a weekly basis from different enterprises. I was in a pinch with a flat tire and Austin and Terrance saved the day. Excellent service and top notch experience after a 8hr long day of travels. Would definitely recommend this location in the area.

Salesman was nice... It didn't take a lot of time to get into the rental and drive off.
The Santa Fe was beautiful on the inside and outside, drove very smooth.-the car was such a nice vehicle.... Spacious and efficient..
