This store has the best clothes and the sales are great, especially if you are an Express insider. You get birthday cash for your birthday and half birthday!
All the employees there are so nice, especially Jess, one of the managers. She helped me put together a dress type look with a body contour one shoulder top along with a ruched skirt!! She is super friendly, stylish and knowledgeable about clothes and style. I am allergic to polyester so she took the time to help me find a black top without polyester to match my Future Collective skirt from Target.
Also, a huge thank you to Tiffany at this store! I asked her if she had been working here long and she said, “no.” She was able to help me with a rustic brown/fall color body contour top and baggy drawstring pants to go with it. She was patient with me when I had so many questions. I really appreciated her help. She said that this color top would work for the fall and I could wear it with a Jean jacket.
I came back another day with my boyfriend and told her I needed to try both things on again because the pant was long and I hadn’t tried it with my shoes that day when I bought it. I tried it on with my shoes and it was too long. I asked her what else I could wear with it, but she wasn’t sure how she could help because I couldn’t buy jeans or anything with a zipper due to some weight gain. I then asked her if I could wear it with leggings and she said that would work.
If you ask me she has excellent fashion taste and customer service skills. She was so helpful and patient with me just like Jess, the manager. I hope she gets a raise because in my opinion she sure deserves it! I will def be back here.

Jess, the store manager, is amazing. I had lost a gift card, which is surprisingly a difficult problem to fix without the card number. She ran it down with the store it was purchased from and her customer relations line to have it reissued. Really appreciate her resolving this for me. Amazing customer service and resolution.

I would never buy this place again , the store manager was so rude in return process , she was arguing that on shoe return that was bought two back when we try to return due to size issue . First of all this place sold me something appears to with some scratches at the bottom , when I tried to return without even using the shoes, she was showing some scratches and arguing that it was not in original condition , which make me believe that they are selling used Express items in this place and she was not listening to anything as a customer I was telling her . Iam sure this place will be closed if she continue to be the manager for this place and Iam going to raise this up to express customer care and find out how they can determine an apparel original condition .Worst customer experience I had with this sales manager .

Express is holding strong to their formula of offering trendy clothing, bougie atmosphere, and inflated prices. They never fail to have some great pieces that can be mixed and matched for a variety of looks. Sale items are always a good incentive to come in and shop. Regular prices are dizzyingly high for the quality of the merch. ** I would never pay well over a hundred dollars for shoes held together on the shelf by a bungee string.** Call me old fashioned but...at least be real leather. Anyhoo, there's something for everyone as long as you're in the xtra small to xl range. If you're chunkier, good luck. The staff is friendly and attentive. Lines at checkout seem to appear out of thin air at the exact moment you're ready to go and moves a little slow. Too bad the name doesn't apply to the speed of the line. But thats everywhere now-a-days. All said, I'll admit to being a repeat customer for many years. Hopefully they'll be around for a years to come.

I love Express and I’ve been a customer for many years now. I would never shop at this particular location again. I had a last minute event to go to, so I placed a same day pick up order at the Southpoint location via my Express app. It stated if I placed the order before 3 pm, I would be able to get the order that same day. I placed my order at 10:29am. After placing my order, I got a confirmation emailing stating that my order had been received and I would get an email when it’s ready. I only order 2 items, so I figured it would be a quick process. The plan was to swing by there on my lunch break, considering I got off from work at 5 and the event was at 7. The day goes by, and I still hadn’t received an email. I finally called to see what was going on. My order hadn’t even been touched. The associate I spoke with claims that the morning staff was “busy”. The associate told me he would work on it right away. At that point, it was too late. This was a huge inconvenience for me. Thankfully l was able to put an outfit together for the event. I do not recommend placing a same day pick up order at this particular location. I only chose this location because they had exactly what I needed. Now I know to just stick with the Crabtree location. They would never!

I went to the Express store at Southpoint in North Carolina, USA and was attended by the excellent salesman Jorge. I bought a pair of Selquim pants. wanted the Sequin Peak Lapel Boyfriend Tuxedo Blazer but didn't have it. On the website it was 198 for 129 with a 50% discount. I understood that the 50% discount would be over 129, because 50% of 198 didn't equal 129. Jorge kindly ordered it online for me and with fees, but the discount for buying the pants was 83.83. I was waiting 5 days to deliver mine which was a Large size and it never came. I sent an email and they said it was cancelled. My friend called customer service for me, and they said that the real value was 198 and with a 50% discount it was 129. But what she could do was more expensive than what I paid in the store, that is 83.83 for 90.12, this for a Medium size, as the Large did not have more. The attendant was adamant, in addition to the fact that she could not use the same debit card that was not accepted. So my card had a balance. Then I found out that the money that was in the Banco Latino savings account had to be transferred to the checking account. But couldn't the renowned and expensive Express store have called us, or emailed us what happened before canceling the order? Simply bad. It does not have adequate service for the high prices of clothes. For me, this store is crossed off the map. I will never buy again, they do not value the customer.

Courteous staff. They assisted me with an online return and the process was very easy. They have a nice selection of items and the store layout makes everything easy to find.
