This business is a scam. I noticed my credit card was charged $59.95 every month after buying a pair of shorts online. When I called the company they told me “you should have read the fine print”. It was not clear at all what I was signing up for. They eventually refunded my money after going back and forth with them on the phone for a while.

This company is a complete scam. I bought 2 shorts from here about a yr ago. I noticed on my credit card they have charged me $59.95 every month for the last 8 months. Before that they charged me $54.95 for 5 months before that. I called and was told I would receive a refund. Then they charged my credit card $59.95... 4 TIMES in one day!!!! This company owes me $994.15. I am still trying to resolve this by waiting for a phone call back. Do NOT give this company your credit card number. They will charge you every month until you find out. Then when you call and try to get a refund they will charge you 4 more times that day. Absolutely scam of a company. I will be going to the BBB about this. This

Absolutely amazing service from the staff at this store. Kaitlyn was amazing. She helped me and my brother create an account in store so we were able to get a better deal on the clothes we were buying! and even though the store didn’t have the size we needed she ordered it online for us to get shipped to our house! She was awesome, super thoughtful, and thorough with the answers to any questions you may have! I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for some comfy clothes and make sure to tell Kaitlyn she’s the best if she checks you out!

I have been an online customer for years now. Never been in a store location before. I was hesitant from the other reviews, but their customer service was spectacular. They were able to return a few items I had gotten online just by pulling up my phone number and easily exchanged them for other things I shopped for that day. They have amazing deals in store. I will definitely be returning to the location. The staff is very friendly and helpful with finding exactly what you're looking for. If they don't have it in store they even offered to order it online for me to get shipped to my house. I absolutely love this company, and I love the option they give you to skip a month if you desire. The store itself is very clean and organized. I noticed every item that had been tried on in the fitting rooms get steamed before they go back to the racks just to make it that much more presentable. You will not go wrong in choosing this company!!

The store was clean and well kept! The staff was super friendly and helpful! They helped me find what I needed/ wanted and catered to my style taste/preferences! Highly recommend this store location! Also- I am a VIP member and it is worth the deal to get the quality products with the VIP benefits.

Had a few questions about the policy and the associate (Kamal) I spoke with was excellent! He was very specific in answering my questions and giving me examples of how the member credit works. Although I've only been into the store once, I had a nice experience.

Great customer service! I was excited to learn that this retail store was located in SouthPoint mall in Durham. The staff here are professional, friendly and genuinely helpful from my experience. From the moment my feet crossed the threshold of the store I was immediately greeted and Anna offered assistance. Anna was so patient and extremely helpful during my time shopping in the store. This Fabletics retail store is like heaven! I was amazed by the advance technology in the fitting room where I can select a different size for fitting. Overall, 5 star experience for the helpfulness of the staff, professionalism, kindness, and the store technology and cleanliness. I will be back soon and I can't wait.

I came in here to use a member credit and found I forgot that I also had store credit. Megan and another girl whose name is escaping me, were incredible helpful and above and beyond your normal retail associate!! I always feel welcome, cared for, and well helped in a Fabletics store and that’s extremely comforting for me because there’s so many options!!
