ZERO STARS!!! SHOULD BE 5-💩💩💩💩💩!!!
I have had 5 packages all on separate dates NOT delivered.
The DRIVER: places the packages against a random wall, attaches a pictures and says delivered. The drivers NEED to be held accountable.
FEDEX...THATS WHERE YOUR BIGGEST LOSSES ARE COMING FROM!!! SHRINK CAUSED BY YOUR OWN DRIVERS!!!
NOT SURE IF IT IT LAZINESS ON THIER PART OR THE CULTURE AT FEDEX.
DONT USE FEDEX...PLEASE
UPDATE: 7/31/25...THEY STILL SUCK!!!
EXPECTED ANOTHER DELIVERY (7/31/25) NEVER RECEIVED IT.

Fedex Ground is absolutely terrible. WeatherTech shipped car mats to me via Fedex Ground, and I have had the worst delivery experience with them in years. They keep saying my street address does not exist, but I have received hundreds of shipments over the last 10 years with no problem. UPS and Amazon have the ground game down pat. Fedex Ground is STILL not even close!

Not sure what has happened to FedEx. In the last 3 months deliveries are usually at least a day late, trucks damage the driveway and lawn. Something has really changed?

Yall are trash! Delivered my packages to a completely different address the my home. Then when reaching out to fedex they tell me oh your package was delivered to the right house! No the hell it was not and I have proof. How can Amazon, UPS, Walmart, and any other delivery company deliver my package to the right house but yall can’t? Get some people that know how to read.

I have been waiting for my delivery for more than a week. Every time I try to track it I get some different reason why it has not been delivered. Stay away from FEDEX!

Facility overbooked, delayed my package for days. I managed to get in touch with support, had to call them maybe 20 times. Keep in mind the call center vs the facility are completely different entities, the call center was appalled by the lack of customer service from the FedEx Ground Durham Facility, turns out they're understaffed - my package got taken out of the truck, scanned and not put back in, so I was getting notifications that its on its way only for it to not be on its way at all! This is prime reason why Fedex is constantly bashed for having horrible delivery. I hope that I never need to use Fedex for a delivery again because this is absolutely ridiculous that I have to now drive out to receive my package

My package gets scanned as out for delivery EVERY DAY and NOT BEING DELIVERED. I have two packages that I’m looking for and have been getting notifications daily that they are out for delivery and not even an attempt to deliver. This is BS.

Had a package coming that specifically states do not deliver on weekends. They left a door tag and my delivery has been on delivery on a truck for two days after sitting waiting until 9 pm to receive a package that was never delivered.

Packages seem to not get delivered on time. It's been 5 days being shown a delivery is to be delivered but it never shows up. A FedEx truck has stopped a couple days at my house but drive off like they are avoiding people at the house. Tonight at 8:30pm a trucked stopped and the driver walked up my driveway, but once I turned on outside lights and opened my garage door he bolted back to his truck, no package was delivered.

I Have A Personal Complaint For A Driver Name Nasir For 3 Days In A Row He Had My Route To Deliver My Kids Their Gifts Even Purchased Them Early So They Would Be On Time THREE times he put delivery exception on my packages and the last time it gave me a map to show exactly where he was and he was 10 MINUTES AWAY and still DID NOT DELIVER MY PACKAGES so yeah i wasn't able to gift my kids their stuff on time and when i tried to get in CONTACT WITH ANY STAFF IT IS IMPOSSIBLE BY THE WAY no one to speak to BUT A ROBOT I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR MY PACKAGES TO BE SENT THROUGH FEDEX BECAUSE IVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THEM BEFORE BUT THEY JUST SO HAPPENED TO BE THE CARRIER THAT GOT MY PACKAGES FROM MY SHIPPER HATE FEDEX PURE LAZINESS DIDNT EVEN WANT THEM TO HANDLE MY PURCHASES!

Why in the world are you delivering to a commercial address at 3AM, 4AM, 5:30AM when nothing but Waffle House is open, looking at the sign on the front and back doors that say FedEx please leave delivery, or you came at 11AM, looked at the sign that said please leave next door and left with package ??? No tag left by drivers either. No update on tracking that says out for delivery, then next thing is exception. Honestly if a seller uses Fedex, buy from a UPS/USPS vender. You are the worst. The five star reviews have to be from employees.
