They tell lies on the application process by telling you to pick a shift and when they hire you they tell you that they create their own schedule, if they give you days to work you won't know until they post it, you will never know what hours you will get in a week. This is a controlling slave job with no benefits.

Fedex is the WORST company and should NOT exist, period. Delivery is delayed every time and the estimated delivery is a JOKE. Seriously, companies should stop working with Fedex and let it go out of business.

FEDEX FEDEX FEDEX….what can I say? Trash!!! This company and its employees are all worthless. My package was supposed to be delivered the day before yesterday by 9:32 am, tracking stated it was out for delivery and it was never delivered. Then yesterday, it said it was to be delivered by 8 pm and again it wasn’t delivered. I called the facility in Durham and the lady I spoke to was super nice and actually offered to go see if my package was on the truck until we realized it was at a different facility. She provided the phone number of the correct facility in Durham. I called and spoke to the most COLOSSAL, WORTHLESS POS named Matthew who was rude to me the entire time. I almost lost it but kept it together and although I remained respectful this disgusting excuse of an employee continued to be rude and when I finally said “ is it really necessary to be so rude and speak to me like you are speaking to me?”He snapped and yelled at me and said I’M NOT BEING RUDE!” And when I restated…yes you are being rude and I’m only asking for you to help me locate my package so I can pick it up. He straight hung up on me and after calling back 7 times because he wouldn’t answer I gave up on my package and Fed Ex . If I could give this facility, the employee and the company as a whole I would!!!! I’m glad it wasn’t in person because I would have found myself in the slammer for the night. How is it that this POS employee continues to get away with this and still have a job????? Avoid Fed Ex all together they are worthless incompetent parasites!

I have been expecting a package from California to be delivered for about a week. The package was out for delivery yesterday 8/15 and around 1:50 it said that there was no one home to recieve the package. So, obviously, I called customer support and they said they would expidite it to today 8/16. The package was out for delivery and the same thing happened... they said no one was home to recieve the package. I was sitting by the front door for hours waiting. We also have a ring camera on the front porch. No truck drove by and no drivers walked up on the porch. Both days the driver scanned a door tag for missed delivery but... what a surprise, no door tag either day. Joyce (supervisor) was super great on the phone. Still waiting for the package to be delivered. Super disappointed with the blatant dishonesty by saying they attempted to deliver the package when they didn't even try. Kinda starting to thing the package was stolen by the driver. Do better, your part of a billion dollar corporation and it seems like your screwing the customers in the area over. Durham branch is useless.

My package has been out for delivery twice in two days, with delivery windows between 10 am and 2 pm both days. Wasn't delivered on either day. This was after calling FedEx's 1-800 number this morning and getting hung up on by a virtual bot six times before I randomly guessed the exact perfect word command combination that would actually take me to a live person. The representative assured me the package would be delivered today. Now, all of a sudden, tracking shows an "operational delay" with no estimated delivery date. FedEx is trash, and should be avoided at all costs. If it would let me rate 0 stars, I absolutely would.

The incompetence of this delivery system. Never get your packages, deliver to the wrong address. The geniuses sent a snapshot of “proof of delivery” blank details for the recipient no name, no address , then take a snapshot of the box somewhere ! Not at my address geniuses .

I live 0.2 miles away from this facility and my package has been on the truck since 5am and it's 5pm now and way past expected delivery window of 10am-2pm..... ? Do better or don't get an expected delivery window if you're not even going to be close to it.

Pretty smooth pick up. I put in the wrong delivery address, called them to hold my packet for pick up. Walked in and the gentleman up front had my packet on his desk. Quick and smooth transaction. Maybe I got lucky with the right people, or maybe other customers are just inpatient and not willing to adapt to situations.

Avoid FedEx. Nothing but poor and inconsistent handling of my packages. Common scenarios, packages are thrown at my door carelessly (got plenty of footage btw), delivered with missing goods, or marked as delivered but not at my actual door, most likely stolen or delivered to the wrong house.

I ordered food through Purina for my dogs and ordered it two weeks ahead of time so I was sure not to run out. It has been THREE weeks later and FOUR calls to FedEx because they had the wrong address and the wrong number even after I had them repeat it back to me TWICE. Horrible horrible service. When I asked if I could just pick to up I was told that I could not. Will try to avoid using this service in the future when I can.

By far the absolute worst customer service, the worst delivery drivers but that’s what you get when you go contractors. There’s a small few good delivery drivers but they are far and few.

On 12/18/2022 the FedEx driver delivered packages to our house and was repeatedly talking loud on phone saying mother f--ker this and mother f--ker that. My wife asked him to not do that at our house due to young kids and adults that don't use that word.On 12/20/2022 the same driver delivered another large package with high value and left it on ground near mailbox 1 foot from highway 50 yards from house where anyone could steal it. He even took pic for proof of delivery. I guess he either left it there to come back later to either steal it himself since he thought no cameras were around, have someone else steal it, very incompetent or he could not deliver another package close to house because he can't speak without saying mother f--ker this and mother f--ker that.This type of service is absolutely unprofessional and should not be tolerated, but I guess since this FedEx ground is out of Durham N.C. that's all Fedex can hire and those words are always commonly used in the Durham, AKA Little Chicago.

Hopefully this review is in the right place...but all I can say is I've only lived in the area for a few months and literally - and i mean literally - everything I have ordered that passes through the Durham facility has either gone MIA for days/weeks past the delivery date or what does show up is damaged. No issues with other carriers and even no delays along the way but as soon as it touches FedEx Durham it's as good as gone.

I gave FedEx one star because Andy is a ?..you really was in your feelings bc I told you I didn’t have enough space in my Jeep for packages to deliver. As a contract delivery driver thats using her own personal vehicle! You’re not going to tell me what to do with MY VEHICLE lol…Whatever your position is Andy doesn’t give you the right to tell me what I should or shouldn’t do with MY VEHICLE!!,,you really need to get a grip old man lol it wasn’t that serious ?

BY FAR THE WORST shipping company I’ve ever dealt with . Definitely see why I’ve chosen otherwise in the past and wouldn’t have chose this time if it was up to me . I ordered a package that was very important & needed . The package was sent out , on the day of delivery. I was told it was out for delivery for 10 hours straight and I refreshed FedEx page nonstop . Literally all day I sat at home in the living room just to make sure I didn’t miss the knock or the doorbell or anything I didn’t leave my home . I went to refresh and was told that my package was delayed because the driver came and I wasn’t there but I havent heard a peep of anything . So I call customer service to figure out why my very important package was delayed and I’ve been sitting here waiting and was told that it would be delivered the next day and that’s it nothing could be done about the fact that I waited all day for something and the driver didn’t even put in the effort to come to my home and ACTUALLY deliver it . Im highly upset and wouldn’t recommend FedEx and if they offer FedEx through the delivery service deny if you want to save yourself the stress . IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERED ACTUALLY TO YOU DONT CHOOSE FEDEX. There’s so many bad reviews on these drivers that’s not doing their jobs leaving packages at wrong homes or simply not showing up and saying they did
