An employee of 20 years named Brian gave us excellent service. I had nine packages, not yet labeled, that I needed to ship, which I brought in within 30 minutes of the closing time, and Brian helped us ship them all.

Alvin and George are always helpful whenever I drop off packages to be shipped for work. Last week, the daily driver missed the pickup for the day which was very unusual. When I noticed the tracker didn't have any status updates I called. Concerned about the package not making it to Hong Kong on time, Alvin went above and beyond to flag my package. He spent hours on the phone to take care of this for me. The package arrived on time and I'm very grateful.

I have also found this to be the most helpful Fed Ex I have used. I had to print and return a package and the process was quick with top notch customer service. I will definitely return to this location.

Most helpful fedex ever! I returned a pair of shoes via this fedex location and accidentally lost my tracking number receipt. Over a month went by and the company still had not refunded me - they claimed they did not receive the package. I called fedex and a very helpful male employee was able to figure out my tracking number and found out that it had been delivered after all (within 3 days of my sending it, too!). This saved me hundreds of dollars that I otherwise would not have gotten back! Really appreciate his patience and help!

Awesome customer service at the New Hope Commons location! They have all the tools to create a great project in a small setting where the staff is patient!
