I wish I could award negative stars!!!I don’t know if this is the FedEx Center responsible for delivering packages to the 27705 zip code area in Durham. If it is not…I apologize for blasting you.On the off chance that it is…the delivery drivers are the WORST!!!!Everyone knows there are thieves out here!!! Why would a driver think it is okay to leave packages visible from the street in the breezeway of an apartment building?Most of the people in this complex are elderly and live alone. These drivers leave large, or heavy, or awkward to carry boxes on the ground floor for an elderly person living on the second or third floor.Packages are left for days because they don’t even know it has been delivered or to where it has been delivered.How does that make sense. People are paying paying for home delivery…delivery to their door, NOT THE GROUND FLOOR in the breezeway visible for anyone to see and easily steal.What a disgrace in terms of service.

When I order something and the shipping goes through this center I know there's only about a 50% chance of them actually delivering it to the correct address. Ridiculous.

FEDEX FEDEX FEDEX….what can I say? Trash!!! This company and its employees are all worthless. My package was supposed to be delivered the day before yesterday by 9:32 am, tracking stated it was out for delivery and it was never delivered. Then yesterday, it said it was to be delivered by 8 pm and again it wasn’t delivered. I called the facility in Durham and the lady I spoke to was super nice and actually offered to go see if my package was on the truck until we realized it was at a different facility. She provided the phone number of the correct facility in Durham. I called and spoke to the most COLOSSAL, WORTHLESS POS named Matthew who was rude to me the entire time. I almost lost it but kept it together and although I remained respectful this disgusting excuse of an employee continued to be rude and when I finally said “ is it really necessary to be so rude and speak to me like you are speaking to me?”He snapped and yelled at me and said I’M NOT BEING RUDE!” And when I restated…yes you are being rude and I’m only asking for you to help me locate my package so I can pick it up. He straight hung up on me and after calling back 7 times because he wouldn’t answer I gave up on my package and Fed Ex . If I could give this facility, the employee and the company as a whole I would!!!! I’m glad it wasn’t in person because I would have found myself in the slammer for the night. How is it that this POS employee continues to get away with this and still have a job????? Avoid Fed Ex all together they are worthless incompetent parasites!

So many problems with this location. Several times, they’ve had my package out for delivery then randomly say that “the customer wasn’t home so package could not be delivered” when I was literally home all day. Then they’re supposed to deliver it the next day but they don’t. By the time I finally get the package, it’s a week past the original delivery date. Maybe they’re overloading their drivers with too many items, idk. I’ve definitely had better luck with UPS.

These pieces of garbage left a package that says "KEEP DRY" in the rain with the "KEEP DRY" label facing up where I could read it when I finally noticed it sitting out getting soaking wet. They didn't even have the basic human decency to at least reach to their right and ring a doorbell. The package was left in arms length of the doorbell and they couldn't press a button.

Delivered package to WRONG address. Lauren from the Durham shipping center was unhelpful. I was also assigned a trace case manager, Jennifer. The entire experience is/was terrible. This company does not care if they lose your package. The false/feeble attempts to do anything about it are pitiful. USPS, at this point, is on par with FedEx customer service.

Have spoken with FedEx four times with regards to my address. They have the correct address on the package, they just can't find my the house. This address is clearly in GPS, and they were given turn by turn direction. Amazon has no problem finding the house. I had to drive to pick up the package after 6 days of trying to get the package delivered. This is by far the worst FedEx station, I have every had to deal with.

Terrible service and lazy staff. Seems that the staff just wanted to sit there without doing anything to help. Told wrong information about the account on the shipping label to avoid packaging. Didn't want to walk a few steps to find the right box.

After you wait for forever, for someone to come out, then expect the worst customer service. "I need this, do this" ask a question she won't answer... sat there and watched me struggle to get the packaging label holder open (which is annoying in and of itself) then when I asked how to open it without ripping it, she said just put it in there. Had me make my own box. Don't expect and help form the redhead woman. Just all the more reason I like UPS more. Heck, even USPS is better.

I experienced THUS FAR, 3 notifications of on truck to deliver, with failure to show up. Worse is the automated machine that refuses to connect one to a live representative unless you have a tracking number. However based on it's 'latest data', it believes a live rep could not help any further and still refuses to connect me to a live person. Worst customer service routing I've experienced.

Two encounters with two different deliveries. Both absolutely horrible. Found FedEx staff uncaring and rude. Lied about everything. Last delivery was delayed due to package not on truck. Was told by text message it was on the way. So did the representative. At 10lmast night found out why. I can't stand them.

BY FAR THE WORST shipping company I’ve ever dealt with . Definitely see why I’ve chosen otherwise in the past and wouldn’t have chose this time if it was up to me . I ordered a package that was very important & needed . The package was sent out , on the day of delivery. I was told it was out for delivery for 10 hours straight and I refreshed FedEx page nonstop . Literally all day I sat at home in the living room just to make sure I didn’t miss the knock or the doorbell or anything I didn’t leave my home . I went to refresh and was told that my package was delayed because the driver came and I wasn’t there but I havent heard a peep of anything . So I call customer service to figure out why my very important package was delayed and I’ve been sitting here waiting and was told that it would be delivered the next day and that’s it nothing could be done about the fact that I waited all day for something and the driver didn’t even put in the effort to come to my home and ACTUALLY deliver it . Im highly upset and wouldn’t recommend FedEx and if they offer FedEx through the delivery service deny if you want to save yourself the stress . IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERED ACTUALLY TO YOU DONT CHOOSE FEDEX. There’s so many bad reviews on these drivers that’s not doing their jobs leaving packages at wrong homes or simply not showing up and saying they did
