Manager Cedric does not know clearly how to do his job. I was sent the right shoe of a 2013 Nike AirMax and not the left. Understanding that mistakes happened I called immediately to have the left shoe sent. Return label was sent to the store directly from me on January 15th a week later I did not hear anything. Then I call again allegedly Cedric did not get the label. So finish line customer care sent it directly to him after telling me that they couldn’t do that the first time around. Another 10 days go by didn’t hear anything called customer care they said they would call back when the store opened they never called back. Called again to customer care said they were unable to get the left shoe because Cedric sent it to their distribution center and that I would be issued a refund. I said I didn’t want or authorize a refund I just want the left shoe sent to me. They said it’ll be another 24-48 hours before they can find out if the shoe can be tracked down or not. Weeks of running around and trying to chase people down to do their job.

As others have expressed, you can only try on one shoe at a time! That's insane. Maybe that's fine if you only care about fashion, but any ATHLETE should try on a PAIR of ATHLETIC shoes before dropping $100-200. After the salesman refused to let me try on the pair, I couldn't help but chuckle when he asked if I wanted to buy them. Are you serious? Find another way to deter theft. All you're doing now is deterring business...including mine.

What shoe store doesn’t let you try on both shoes before making a purchase?
...right because the Teal Nike Air Jordans are as valuable as Palladium.
Rolex lets you try the watch. Tesla lets you do a test drive. Gap lets you go to the fitting room. What's your deal?
FinishLine doesn’t even make its own products. It’s just a brick and mortar store. Secondary market with 3rd rate service.
I’d recommend going to Fleet Feet. They measure your feet down the 0.25 ft and are much more knowledgeable about your foot needs such as heel contact points. By far the best foot store experience I’ve had, even better than visits to the podiatrist.
The associate in here was a fitness bro who consumed one too many podcasts. He was rushing me to take off the shoe and rolled his eyes when I said I need to walk around a bit more. Was shit talking me to his colleagues in front of me before one glance shut him up.
There’s 5-6 shoe stores in the mall. Like, you do realize you’re all cannibalizing each other right? You have no competitive advantage besides your service which is straight trash. Every store has a different vibe- this one screams "I don’t wanna be here. Give me your money and leave on with your day."
If it's one time I can excuse but I've come here 4 or 5 times in the past month, and it's the same lousy, abysmal service every time. Read all the reviews. All the 5 star ones this place has gotten are fake and bought for. All the reviews that have come more recently are not even fit to be 1 stars. People come into the store wanting to spend hundreds and they walk out with the feeling of never returning again. Congrats! That takes serious effort.

Apparently you can only try on one shoe. Then the lady at the register sneakily pressed 9 on my survey to say I rated the experience great. It was not. So now you get a 1 star here.

Terrible service, I ordered some tennis shoes online, and then they canceled them

I went in to buy shoes. I realized days later that the $70 shoes were charged as $80, $86 with tax. They said we would have to come back in. We live over an hour away from the mall. Customer service doesn’t exist anymore.

- Update: Unfortunately I had to go into the store because I saw something in the window that caught my eye. I asked a simple a simple question as was met with the worst of attitudes I’ve ever experienced in a retail store. I said *screw this place* and bounced. This place needs an intervention. -
The customer service is bad as going to the DMV, but they always have my size and the shoes I want. I prefer ordering online because I usually leave the store feeling worse than I did before I went in after dealing with the staff. A+ on shoe selection and convenience. D+ on customer service.

This place is nice, love the inside. But I think my shoes were fake. I'm not to sure because I don't follow shoes like that... but I had these black and blue 270s and only had them for about under 4 months and the stitching is breaking out and the soul of my shoe is coming off. Just from walking and running. There not as comfortable as my dad's and they do look a little off. It's also not the best because I paid the actually price of the shoe PLUS I had tax and the TAX WAS 12 DOLLARS I'm kinda pissed if it is a fake shoe. If this is a fake shoe and you want to pay for the fake shoe for the actually price go head but I would not recommend.

AVOID this location! I needed assistance with a shoe and the woman said “ok” and proceeded to sit there on instagram while using extreme foul language with another employee. They both just sat there and did not care there were customers in the store.
