Gentleman was kind, explained what would be done then noticed my tires were very worn. I never notice that but had felt some hydroplanning and thought it was the road. The job was timely and i was given a price before repairs. Thank you.

The team is amazing! They went above and beyond fixing my Jeep and kept me in the loop throughout the entire service.

I took my car in for a leaky tire. The tire was deemed unrepairable but I was not informed of this. Despite no work done, I was charged for repair procedure anyway.

I have had my car serviced with Firestone since I bought it in 2019. When I moved to Durham, I continued my services at Firestone locations and have truly appreciated the service and relationships I have made at the University Dr. location. Danielle is always willing to help and answers any questions or concerns I have when I call or come in. I do choose to drop my car off to receive services and they have always completed my services in a timely manner for the pick up range I request.

After being a loyal customer for over 20 years and recently moving to Durham. I will never return to Firestone. Not only was I yelled at for attempting to park my Jeep as it died in front of the shop bay by Elvin. ( Thank God for the Mechanic( I think his name Brandon) for stepping in and helping).
I was told it was only the battery, after dropping my Jeep off at 4pm and them claiming it died 2 hrs later at 6pm. Informing me I had a bad batter, and it would not hold a charge. I walked away paying for a new battery, and told my alternator and starter were fine. My Jeep was at the site over night, and apparently the back door was cracked open, and broken into. My ash tray change was taken, cover broken, and overhead night cover pop'd off. Every shop I have been at, and waited for my cars, I have watched staff check all doors. Was in total shock.
Paid for the battery, and the next day the Jeep dies again, called the shop back, and was told "If you got the other services we suggested you would not have this issue." Last time I checked a valve cover gasket and break work has nothing to do with a Jeep dying after I take my foot off the gas.
Found out this morning it was the alternator, and it was not charging, explain why Firestone told me it was ok?
This experience ended up costing me a new battery( I didn't' need), battery cables, cable lugs, and tow charge.

I totally like the quality of service i recieved BUT..im very concerned about one thing: when you buy a set of tires from a .ajor company..they cant mount them free of charge? I mean you are buying their product.

My experience with Firestone has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Over 20 years, I repeatedly gave them chance after chance, only to be let down every time. Finally, ten years ago, I cut ties and moved from Tennessee to North Carolina, hoping that maybe the poor service was just a regional issue.
With a newer vehicle in hand, I decided to give Firestone one last shot for routine oil changes. But once again, history repeated itself—technicians in North Carolina recommended minor repairs, and soon after, my vehicle started having issues! I couldn’t believe it. Store after store, visit after visit, things only got worse.
After years of frustration, I finally bought a new vehicle just a few days ago—and trust me, Firestone will never touch it! At this point, I have no idea where they find their technicians, but I’ve learned my lesson: never again!

Good service. I got the run around about my paperwork b4 when I called to make my appt for my install. Did not like that. Shows me that my paperwork was floating around or people didn't know how 2 do their job.

Don’t even bother making an appointment at this disappointment of a shop literally I have never been to a less professional auto shop. Made an appointment they pushed it back. Made another appointment and they tried to push it back AGAIN! What’s the point of taking appointments if you’re never going to actually do them? Or maybe just contact me before my appointment so I don’t leave work? Then the guy at the desk wants to catch an attitude because I came to my appointment and won’t let it get pushed back again for a third time. I just want my freaking car aligned! I don’t know what kind of PTO benefits Firestone offers but they must be top freaking notch if these people think I can keep taking time off for this. I’m done I won’t be going here again and you shouldn’t either
