Got a check from the Orange County Clerk and went to cash it at this bank and they would not cash their own check what a joke of a bank so glad my money is not in this bank

I'm a business owner and this Hillsborough location has the worse service. I had to wait 30+ minutes to do a simple deposit because the teller was incompetent and couldn't spell the business name or look up the account number. I'm thinking of taking my money to another bank. Teller Phil or will acted nonchalant and didn't even apologize or act empathetic. I've never had such poor customer service at a bank.

My father just moved to North Carolina, and needed to open a new bank account. I have power of attorney to help him manage his affairs, and our elder law lawyer in Asheville highly recommended First Citizens. We signed up at this branch with Christi and Christina, and I'm so glad we did. They've been friendly, helpful, patient, and super responsive as we've gotten his accounts set up and power of attorney established. So far, they're everything you could hope for in a local bank. I recommend this bank highly.

I'd like to express my extreme frustration first with this bank as a whole, but one must also highlight those at this particular branch who overpromised and delivered...nothing. Christi and others here wasted my time on two separate occasions as I was repeatedly referred by FC phone support to solve an issue moving my IRA and resolving a bogus delinquent account. After hours spent visiting this branch and corresponding via email, Christi's original guarantee to settle my dispute "easily" on account of my 15+ year history as a customer ended with her basically ignoring my follow up emails. I also struggled to move my IRA for months and was told by a branch representative directly I'd been given false guidance and they'd wasted my time with appts and visits here. This whole company is broken and maybe to a degree that is why it's representatives get nothing done, lie, and push you from rep to rep until you pull your hair out...but responsibility should rest with each party involved and this branch made matters harder for me than easier. STILL have been unable to resolve my delinquent account issue or even be provided one shred of data detailing why this bank says I owe what I owe weeks later. Pathetic.

Very rude customer service. They were also very negligent about security. One of the tellers yelled my bank account information across the room to another one. This is a huge breach of security and trust between customer and provider.

This bank is forever changing their IT and obsoleting all the browsers I have on phones laptops etc and recently added yet some other change to security that prevents me logging in. What do they expect customers to do? Biy a new computer or phone every few months.?

I had a horrible experience at the branch on Roxboro Rd. I found this branch and boy was it a 180. Super nice intelligent staff. Masks worn appropriately. I will always go to this branch.

This company should be ashamed that customers had my experience. Not only will I NEVER recommend this bank for ANYTHING to ANYONE, I will actively tell anyone who will listen to stay away.

So, customers are required to wear masks but not the employees? Hmmm. Long wait inside to just make a simple deposit, longer wait at the drive through. I've been banking here for nine years but am rethinking that choice.

It was the worst and most unprofessional bank I've been to. Recommend New Management. Very bad service. They change policies without informing customers and lie about it already being informed. Worst Customer service I ever experienced. I had a bad experience with site manager.
