This office was great. I went in for a name change. Was there about 9:20am. I didn't have an appointment but had already submitted my name change form online (which saved time). Waited about 15 minutes and took less than 5 minutes once I got called back. Very efficient if your paperwork is ready and everyone was friendly!

Looks like the version of the passport application that they provide with the naturalization packet is outdated. Would suggest to fill the passport application online.

Giving this office 5 stars because SSA really gets a bad rap. We arrived 15 minutes early. Security officer was very nice and helpful. Even chatting with someone he recognized as having come in before. They had 8 windows open right at 09:00 and got to us surprisingly quickly. The gentleman who helped us was polite, quick,...
