Don’t let the reviews fool you everyone is asked to put a review in when they move it. I’ve been here almost a year. I do not want to renew my lease. My air has been messed up on and off the last couple weeks they came and put a unit in my window, which my screen is sitting outside my door how classy for the amount we pay it should have been fix they are robbing people Best thing to do is keep going .

"I've been living in Forest Pointe Apartments for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The management is incredibly responsive and friendly, always addressing any concerns promptly. The building itself is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. The amenities like the gym and meals a few times a week is a plus and it makes it convenient to stay active without leaving home. The location is also ideal, with easy access to shopping centers and highways. Overall, Forest Pointe Apartments has truly been a wonderful place to call home.

Forest Pointe is a very quiet, clean, and safe place to live. Management is always kind, understanding, and helpful. The Maintenance workers are punctual and dedicated.

Great staff and the community property manager is by far the best Susan Garay was a wonderful person to work with. I would recommend this apartment complex just because it was a pleasure in working with her.

I was finding a good place, and i found Forest pointe, lovely apartements , good cared facilities and also, Excellent customer service provided by rossio Aguilar, shes always aware of customers necessities, too solver and too kind. 100% recommend

I don't usually do this but with my resent experiences this was one of the good ones she answered all my questions as best as she could and offered to show me around but I sadly had to go back to work moving forward gana look at my options and hopefully the same girl is there if I decide to apply.

I’ve lived here for ten years. The staff-especially maintenance-do a great job. Whenever I have a request, they take it seriously at the office. I’ve not had any issues living here with staff or other residents. We also have a great community-building team with monthly events.

I’ve been here 2.5 years now and i truly enjoy it. From the staff to prompt maintenance staff to my spacious home and great price, i couldn’t have asked for much more. If you’re looking for a new home i would check out forest pointe. They have many different apartment styles to choose from to find one just for you.

My experience at forest point apartments has been great! Susan the manager has been wonderful and extremely helpful! If you're looking to move and need to find a cozy spot in the Durham area forest point apartments are a great option!
(If you are looking for a place to live in the Durham area, the Forest Point apartments are a very good option! The manager Susan is a very nice and very helpful lady who speaks Spanish and helps the Forest Point community!)

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Extremely outdated and overpriced. My AC had broken there twice and both times it took 3 weeks to fix. My apartment also flooded and they offered no hotel stay or rent compensation. Susan is incredibly unorganized and has told me for months that she would removed the unnecessary fees I was charged when they changed water company’s, but as I received my statement, it looks like they were not removed. They’ve also tried to take advantage of other people who have moved out by saying they are required to pay rent until another tenant moves in, yet continue to charge even once they’ve filled the unit. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!!
