Came into this store to simply make a SHEIN return and this associate that was helping me had an attitude for absolutely no reason. Very very rude and would not recommend going to this location.

Don't trust the online photos this store is completely adulterated. The employees look, act and speak worse than its apperance though~ To any saying its organized
you need strong prescription glasses the store is a sewer reeking with the stench of its employees attitudes ~I never seen a store in worse condition than Forever 21 in Crabtree VALLEY mall why is Forever 21 allowing this store to represent them and treat people so poorly? Why hasnt anyone from corporate got involved?

These folks have the worst customer service and inventory point blank period. I’m definitely going to bring some awareness for the situation and the service that was rendered towards me. I order a coat and they had the size but made excuses for the inventory. It’s the holidays merchandise should be on the floor. The store in Jacksonville NC way more professional way more organized. This store is not customer oriented or focused. No welcoming feel at all. Workers were engaged in each other rather than customers. If this is how Forever21 operating the business needs of the customers then us customers have some concerns that will be addressed.

FOREVER21 YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.Yesterday was Black Friday and there were only TWO employees at the cash registers. You NEED to employee more people instead of subjecting your employees to the horrific ONE HOUR lines that went on yesterday. These poor women were working diligently the entire time. Only ONE person was working the dressing rooms, running back and forth trying to do her job.It was so sad hearing people complain that the wait was so long, blaming the cashiers as if it was THEIR fault their company refuses to hire more staff. I asked one of the ladies if she could even leave for a water/bathroom break and she said, "No." This should not be happening. Hire more staff, pay them better wages, and RESPECT THEM.

The store is two levels and has a good selection for the area. The cashiers though are super slow. Closer to forever than 21 minutes on Black Friday.

The manager and sells team at counter is very rude and not understand any customer needs and lot of issue while doing billing . Some items bar code is not scan and some are twice and if I return the item they said no item in bill so will not accept as return . It’s very serious if you brought any thing from store so be careful at billing .

Walked in the store today at 5:46pm to grab a pair of pants I was eyeing. They close at 6pm. I didn’t have plans to shop, just grab the pants. I was immediately turned away by a woman in braids who said they were closed. There were people still shopping and in dressing room. Really disappointed by the service.

The doors from the store were closed from all the upstairs and it was past 12:30 they should be open by 11 and the lady working made us go back down the elevator knowing we had a new born in the stroller…..very disappointed

We arrived at 7:20ish because Google map showed the store closes at 8. But the doors were already locked. Very disappointed.

I went there for the first time and I like the service they offer. Very nice and pleasant when I arrive . Fair in prices and I didn't wait very long. I recommend it to anybody.

If I could give it 3.5 I would. I came here yesterday afternoon and normally I get a few things off clearance. I went to the jewelry clearance and most items were 1-5 dollars. They had some headbands some Marked 1 dollar others marked 3. But the color I chose was marked 1 dollar. I get up to the front of the line and the cashier was very polite and respectful. When the price ring up it said 3 dollars and it was marked 1 dollar. I told the cashier and she called her supervisor. He asked what it was marked and I said “it’s marked 1 dollar as the price tag indicated and there were a few others as well.” Keep in mind I have a friend shopping with me as well. Then a girl who works at the store went over and looked and said “some are marked 3 dollars.” Reasonably if I pick up an item and it says 1 dollar I should have to pay 1 dollar not 3 dollars. The item was marked incorrectly and the manager didn’t even so much as think about giving it to me for the price AS MARKED. He was too focused on changing the price to 3 dollars. This was unfortunate and definitely a bad experience on managements behalf. But the cashier was amazing and good selection.
