Brandi and Amanda were super helpful and made me feel welcome. As a 5'10" plus-size of generally 2X-3X, I rarely visit stores anymore, as it's difficult to find clothes that fit me. After having too many dressing room cry-outs, I completely stopped looking for clothes in stores. Francesca's does not carry any size larger than XL in-store, which meant wanting beautiful clothes but having to stick to earrings and accessories. Brandi and Amanda encouraged me to look online for larger sizes, didn't judge me for the tall and broad size that I am, and made me *feel* seen and heard with their honest and kind conversation. I will check out the online shop and appreciate their guidance.

Do NOT order online from them! I placed an order, was charged for the entire thing, but only received some of the items. I emailed to inquire where the rest of the items were and received an automated response stating they were "experiencing a higher than normal email and call volume" and still haven't heard back days later. After waiting on hold for quite a while, I did finally speak to a person on the phone that stated the items were out of stock, and since I contacted them, I could get a refund in 7-14 business days. So if I hadn't noticed the items were missing I would have just paid for nothing?! Also, I can still go online today and purchase these supposedly out of stock items. I put 3 in my cart and initiated the checkout without ever being warned they were out of stock. They are more expensive now, making me wonder if they are in fact out of stock. If I completed the purchase, would I have to request a refund all over again, or would I actually receive them now?

I had bought a dress for $49.31(total with the 30% discount) for an event but didn’t end up wearing it and had ask my sister to return it for me since she was going out to the mall. They did not refund in full and only refunded me $46.20. Did not even attached the original receipt on the returned receipt. I get it’s a $3 difference but there was nothing wrong with the dress and I’m short $3.

The staff at Francesca's was exceptional. Even though short staffed every shopper was greeted in a very friendly manner. I will go back to shop there again.

Love, Love, Love this boutique!! They have a great selection of dresses, jumpers and blouses. It was a one stop shop when searching for my daughters graduation dress!! The manager is so friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for making this such a great experience!!

Terrible customer service. I was ignored for the first ten minutes while in the store waiting at the counter to pick up my online order. Once I received my order, I discovered it was only partially fulfilled once I was back in my car. I had not received any communication (email, phone call, in person notice) that my order was incomplete, so I returned to the store to see if they had my item by chance to complete my order. They did have the mug I originally ordered, but they were unable to sell it to me unless I paid full price for it (even though my original order was for 50% off). Their reasoning, "We just don't do that, I think." I eventually called the corporate customer service, was put on hold for an hour (not exaggerating), and then sent to voicemail. I never received a return call. Eventually, a customer service rep helped me over Facebook. TLDR; Terrible customer service both in store and at corporate.
