Myself and my mother like to take our vehicle to Francis Auto Car for many years (Honestly since I was a child). Francis is true to his word and price is reasonable for his work.
For a Black Owned Business, he is a real GEM. Never complain about a job that we need him to do for our cars: He is very honest if he know if the car have a known issue through history of other cars or price to fix and the value of the vehicle isn't adding up... he will let you know).
If you want to know something.... Yes, he can German vehicles, because of his work we got a Cayenne S with over 210k miles and running like new because of his service. Also, sadly I feel like I'm the only person who brings a Subaru (w/ 251k miles) to his shop and Yes he can service them also.
If you are in the Triangle area because they are very hard to come by and this is one of the very few reliable shops I can take my vehicles to.
If you want to know a very reliable mechanic shop, I'll 1000% recommend it!
