The experience at this Free People location was amazing! I took my sister shopping, and the girls were so kind, attentive, and really helpful! It was the best customer service experience we've had at Free People. They were closing and still happy to wait and help. And the clothes are always super cute ? thank you to Bella, Anna, Tess, and Hannah! Sweet girls!

Very underwhelmed by this store. Not only was it small with very limited selection, I was not greeted or even talked to until I had multiple items in my hands. I ended up leaving and just ordering what I wanted online during a sale.

Omg! Came in here yesterday to look for homecoming dresses, and even though they didn’t have the one I was looking for, they were super sweet and gave me free express shipping for it to come on time! No other stores have ever done this for me before, and the two girls who helped me out were super super sweet!!! Definitely the best free people I’ve been to, and so pretty inside as well!!

Wanted to try on the dress and to buy it. Was not acknowledge nor offer to try it on. The only time they spoke to me was to say goodbye. Better to shop online and not have workers work there if not willing to converse or provide customer service.

I guess you have to be a certain color or age to receive a greeting at the door. We walked in tonight and the young, white female sales person on shift completely ignored us but happily greeted a white couple who came in after us. It was pretty blatant. Won't be shopping here...ever.

I walk in and I realized I was the only hispanic person in that store, cool I didn't really care. But some old lady who works there kept following me every where I went in the store and was staring mad hard. I was just trying to shop. Then tried rushing my mom out the fitting room thinking she would take them ugly expensive jeans. The register lady was nice but the rest were just out there talking to the white customers.
