I recently visited your store on a night when the temperature outside was 28 degrees. Upon checking out, I noticed an employee was bundled up as though we were in the North Pole. Fortunately, I was only picking up an item; otherwise, the cold would have made it difficult to comfortably shop for the holidays.
It appears that the store has been dealing with this issue for several months. After speaking with the employee who assisted me, it seems that the situation has not been addressed. This raises concerns about whether GameStop is prioritizing the well-being of both its employees and its customers.
I hope this review brings attention to the need for a repair to the door. It’s crucial that your employees and customers feel safe and comfortable while inside the store. Please address this issue promptly.

Not sure if the person working was a lady or man but i felt very uncomfortable being there with my kids! The man/women dressed in a skirt did not even acknowledge us. 10/21/2024. would not advise to go to this store it just felt weird.

While my previous visits on this location have been alright, my most recent visit, 10/20/23, left me astonished. I walked inside and was not greeted or even acknowledged for that matter. There was only one employee and he was helping the one and only customer on the store. While I understand that a single employee cannot assist the entire world at once, a simple:“hey” “welcome in” “how’s it going” or even a nod goes a long way in customer service. I stood in line patiently while he was assisting the other customer, the other customer seemed to know that she would take a little longer to shop or browse around the store to which she said “you can help him” while referring to me. Her act of kindness was nice but in my mind I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer. The employee, even after hearing that, did not look at me, asked me if I need help, or anything for that matter. It is as if I was not there. I am not mad or upset about it but definitely just shocked at the lack of professionalism portrayed by this employee.

Their Apple Pay system does not work make sure you have cash or card. Not a large variety of Xbox items to choose from

I trusted that their products were of quality, I bought a PS4 from them that after a few weeks began to fail for no reason, I know that they would not solve anything for me because I did not give it a guarantee, thinking that it was a good product, and that it worked well, terrible product
