While my previous visits on this location have been alright, my most recent visit, 10/20/23, left me astonished. I walked inside and was not greeted or even acknowledged for that matter. There was only one employee and he was helping the one and only customer on the store. While I understand that a single employee cannot assist the entire world at once, a simple:“hey” “welcome in” “how’s it going” or even a nod goes a long way in customer service. I stood in line patiently while he was assisting the other customer, the other customer seemed to know that she would take a little longer to shop or browse around the store to which she said “you can help him” while referring to me. Her act of kindness was nice but in my mind I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer. The employee, even after hearing that, did not look at me, asked me if I need help, or anything for that matter. It is as if I was not there. I am not mad or upset about it but definitely just shocked at the lack of professionalism portrayed by this employee.

Their Apple Pay system does not work make sure you have cash or card. Not a large variety of Xbox items to choose from

I had an issue I won't go into detail about, but a nice girl whose name I'm not sure how is spelled, but it sounds like CC took excellent care of me. It was cleared up, and I am satisfied with the results. She should be commended for her customer service.

This store is just a problem. At this time either my delivery was stolen or I am actually getting a refund, because dealing with game stop after ordering online is ridiculous.

Apparently posted hours aren't followed here. Store is closed in the middle of the day. At 2:30pm.... What? Worker inside waved me away and turned her back to the door. Thanks for nothing.

Two days I look forward to in the year, the start of the nba season and the release of NBA 2k. Game stop did not deliver and failed me, there excuse was shipping. Some people got the game when they where suppose to but others that preordered will not recieve until futher notice.. I was not one of the lucky ones, from now on all digital odering on the xbox/microsoft store. I'm old school and just use to the physical copies but time to change also changing who I shop with!!

The store is better than many, but inventory is always poor and they are forever understaffed. Great to visit, just go knowing you have a good chance of not finding what you want.
