They sold me two defective 55 inch insignia fire stick TVs that stopped working 16 months after buying them. They are refusing to refund me, exchange, etc. I will never purchase from them again.

Worst experience ever! there's this girl named Ali. She was extremely rude! completely ruined my day not to mention it's my bday! was about to get something for my bday but nah! not helpful at all!

Do not shop Best Buy. I had a freezer delivered with damage. Immediately called to report damage and customer service offered either an exchange or credit of $200 to keep it. Since it was just cosmetic damage I agreed to keep it and have a credit issued. 2 weeks go by and no credit. Called back and told the "system"was down and they would call me back. No phone call received. Called today and they say they will only offer me 10% credit or exchange. Told them to come get it and bring me a new one. She then said they couldn't since it was past 15 days. Had issues with delivery also. Will never spend another dime at this store and will let anyone that ask the same thing.

You want to sit around your office waiting for somebody from the geek squad to show up for an entire day... And then finally at 4:00 you decide to call to verify and they tell you that it wasn't completely scheduled...call these folks first! There is no remorse with these people! I would love to send them an invoice for my time! And you thought Time Warner Cable sucked?

Bruh! I was literally kidnapped and robbed in this parking lot . Also, my iPad was still broken post kidrobbery. Netted 0 here. That being said, the geek squad was pleasant and prompt. Alas, I can't get past the kidnapping and armed robbery.

I don't know who they are hiring to do their customer service, but they may want to consider exporting the service. They representative picked up the call in a rude manner, asked me my name, then hung up on me. Awful customer service. I've never had an issue in the store though.

They are now hiring the worst customer service representatives I've ever seen. And I've seen a few. I was just in there to buy a tablet and I asked the guy at the counter to look one up and he was chatting with his friend so he said it would be better if I used the phone. So I guess you'd prefer to be paid for nothing rather than working?

The last two times I was at this store, I had a terrible shopping experience. I used the Best Buy app to utilize curbside pickup: neither time did it work. Both times, I waited a long duration of time in my car, yet nobody ever came to me. As a result I had to go inside the store both times to find a deserted "Store Pickup" table with nobody there. After waiting in the usual checkout line I was able to get my order, but if you want to use the COVID precaution of curbside at this store, don't expect it. Just drive a few miles down the road to the Best Buy at Southpoint Durham. That store has much better customer experience.

The Best Buy staff paid close attention to how I explained what I wanted in a laptop computer. I was shown two different laptops that Had the features I wanted. I was not shown other models that didn't have my requirements. Very professional approach, which I appreciated.

My 72 year old father recently ordered a new refrigerator from Best But, the Geek Squad came out and installed the refrigerator but destroyed the pipe for the ice maker. We called out a plumber and was charged 300 dollars for labor and it still wasn't able to be fixed unless a new pipe is installed for over 600 dollars more. We called Best Buy corporate office and filed a claim and they haven't been heard from since. Stay away from this place!

David Deems the manager in the Geek Squad area is the BEST! I purchased some new galaxy earbuds and could not get both earbuds to work. I went in to return them, but he worked with me for about 20-30 minutes trying to figure out why my buds was connecting and needless to say...he figured it out!

I love BEST BUY but this location is not so good. I don't usually complain about waiting in line but when I'm the only one standing in an empty line made specifically for "customer service" and no one is there to help me with no one to help me, it's questionable. I stood there for 15-minutes and eventually went to the check-out line. I asked if they could help me do a return and the person wanted to send me back to customer service. Luckily, I told the person that I'd been waiting for over 15-minutes now and one of the workers cared to do my return.
