Store opens at 10. I show up at 10:45. Door note says be back at 10:30. Waited til 11, knocked on door several times. No one there. Y’all should fire whoever works your morning shift. Seems like they never show up to actually work.

Got here at 10:05 and no one was here. Guy unlocks the store at 10:10. Give him a few minutes to open and get the registers up and running and the doors still locked. I had to Drive 20 minutes to get here.

I was disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff member I interacted with seemed very uninterested and unhelpful, lacking the empathy and professionalism I expect in such situations.

If you say you’re open at 10 am, then you should be open at 10 am. Got burnt twice by this place.

I’ve been on 3 separate occasions around 11am and no one had come to open the store. They open at 10. I’ve given up on this store completely.

Rude guy telling me that I needed to sign up for an account. Very pushy almost walked out at drove 20min the other way to the other store in durham. Will not revisit.

I went today (5/22/23) for some preworkout and Steamer was working behind the counter. Super kind, knowledgeable, outgoing, and helpful. GNC itself is pricey, but had a great experience here with Steamer.
