Rude guy telling me that I needed to sign up for an account. Very pushy almost walked out at drove 20min the other way to the other store in durham. Will not revisit.

I went today (5/22/23) for some preworkout and Steamer was working behind the counter. Super kind, knowledgeable, outgoing, and helpful. GNC itself is pricey, but had a great experience here with Steamer.

Titan from New Hope Commons GNC storeHe is so helpful. Always knows his supplements and answers any questions I have. Titan gives excellent recommendations for all of my supplements needs. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

I came back here to return an unused, unopened product, and when I explained to the clerk that I had found a virtually identical product for half the price, he was rude and critical of my approach to buying supplements. Two stars because he did still process my return per the policy outlined on my receipt.

Steamer at the hopevally location was amazing! Very knowledgeable , great energy and helpful in every way he could including information about certain products! will be returning cause of his excellent customer service thanks bro!

If I can give zero stars, I would. Very disappointed at this store. Went today around 2:25pm to return a product. Walked in the store, the associate did not even say hello or acknowledged me and continued to do what he was doing. So I approached him and asked to return the product we got. Took him time to get behind the register. Clearly didn’t want to be bothered. I explained I need to exchange the product because the taste is so bad. He said I can’t return it without a paper receipt. I told him we did not opt for the paper receipt but I have the receipt on my email (which they can scan btw). He insisted it can only be done with paper receipt. I explained I don’t have a paper receipt. Then, he printed a blank receipt and showed it to me and said this is the paper receipt I need insinuating I don’t know what a paper receipt is. Then, i was still talking to him explaining I don’t have a paper receipt, he walks away. I have never had issues with GNC but today was beyond disappointing. This guy is rude and clearly did not want to be there. I will never go back to this store. I already complained to the main office. If the manager is reading this, hope you guys fix this. I have never felt so disrespected. Really upsetting.

If you want the worlds worst job then this is the place to work, they work you 70+hours a week(not 2 weeks) with no help and no breaks or lunches and expects you to be in there all by your self on top of the fact that they don't train you and throws you in stores that only convince them. Unfortunately the employees know more then the upper management...as far as how the system works. This company is all about the money and NOT the customers and expect you to ask people a million questions even after the customer has told you they were fine and didn't need help. They want you to be pushing to add unnecessary products to the purchase so that there paying more. Not to mention the fact that the prices go up on everything every week

I needed some supplements after work. This was the closest GNC that was open. The website confirmed it closes at 8:00. I arrived at 7:40 promptly- I knew exactly what I needed. Attempted to open the door but the door was locked. I saw the worker inside closing up. I called and the worker ignored the call. This happened on 04/18/2022. Another customer attempted to walk in around 7:45 and he knocked on the window and the worker motioned that they were closed.

The gentleman working right now (Saturday December 11th at 3:15 p.m.) and the manager i usually see are two of some of the nicest most helpful people I've had the pleasure of meeting at any gnc. I live closer to the southpoint mall location but I go OUT OF MY WAY because this is my favorite store to go to and they always keep stocked of my favorite products. thank you for always looking out guys!
