Until they change their policy on pricing DVDs per dvd in the case, I’ll never shop here again. There’s too many better thrift stores to be nickled and dimed over stuff they got for free. I will no longer donate here either.

No signage on where to drop donations and phone goes to machine so you can’t call for assistance. Need to have something on gate if you can’t drop donations here!

The worse place I’ve ever worked I do not recommend anyone to work here. The communication is not up to part. I overheardmanagers talk about ppl quitting because they’re not used to work. They do not accept responsibility for there actions towards employees.

Goodwill of Goldsboro NC is a joke..they make sure they hold stuff for certain people..that they know..re sale the items....certain rules for certain customers..they play favorites ...hard for others to have a fair chance...going to stick with buying from thrift stores..where I know everyone is treated the same

A good place to get clothing and household merchandise for reasonable prices.

I usually shop in the two Goodwill's in Wake Forest, NC. One of them routinely keeps the dressing room locked and waits until a customer comes to complain about the long line at the other dressing room. Neither one has bathrooms, shopping carts or a cart to hang your clothes up after trying them on. The employees are not happy with the management and I've overheard numerous complaints from both of these stores. They seem to have valid complaints. The cashiers at both Wake Forest stores have been wonderful and are very well liked, with several repeat customers knowing them by first name. I had the opportunity to shop in a Goodwill in Syracuse, New York last week. It was so much better! They have bathrooms, numerous shopping carts, six dressing rooms and carts where one can hang the clothes after trying them on. Wake Forest NC stores need to up their game!!

Joke company. Much better thrift stores out there to donate to. Leadership team doesn't know how to run a business. They are money-hungry! Yet they claim to be a nonprofit...
