I come in about every three weeks to see Donna, who cuts my hair.
Always friendly, efficient, and does an incredible job cutting my hair. She has a great eye and attention to detail.

2 employees were absolutely great, however 1 of the employees cut my daughters hair and completely jacked it up, its uneven, alot of pieces sticking out longer than other, having to pay more money for it to be fixed, on top of that when I asked her to fix it she took her scissors out with an attitude and cut straight across my kids hair with no comb or water spray AND made rude comments! And left her with this jacked up hair cut! A CHILD at that! She was absolutely the worst and im not normally one to complain but this was my kids school hair cut and she made it look awful! She was very upset as i was too! I never have a problem with great clips use them all the time but this go round has left me never wanting to go back again!

I have gotten great haircuts here eventhough I had a different hairdresser every time. I really like the checkin online and the great prices especially the Senior Citizens discount!

I like this place and always get my hair cut here. The app allows you to register and then show up later so you don't waste time waiting. It is not easy getting the same stylist but most do a very good job. The price has certainly risen lately but still is less than at a private stylist.

I received unsolicited attitude and feedback indicating that I should have informed the staff of the services I was receiving upon check-in.
The individual, whom I believe may have been named Kim, conveyed this information with a dismissive attitude and emphasized that it was my responsibility to communicate such details if I was not asked. I mentioned that I was unaware of this expectation, and she responded that it was my obligation regardless. When I expressed that I had not been previously informed, she stated she could not continue working with me because I appeared uninterested in discussing the haircut. She mentioned that someone else would assist me, but I chose to leave after this interaction.
I found the manner of this treatment to be unexpected and disappointing, especially as I was simply expressing my lack of prior knowledge. Additionally, this experience was a significant and unnecessary waste of my time.

Great haircut and good service too. Everyone there is always so nice and welcoming. Donna does an amazing job on my hair. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and colleagues.

Kim was awesome. I've kept my hair in a buzz cut for four years and decided to grow it out some. I was going on a trip and wanted to get it cleaned up, as it was in that awkward stage of growth. I wasn't sure anything could be done with it, but she did an amazing job.

Ms. Kim handled an irate customer masterfully at 6:20 PM on Wednesday, 3/26. I just want to make sure this information is put out there. She also gave me an amazing cut to boot, and I will be back at this North Pointe location.
