I have been trying to call about my car for days. They never answer.Update: called over 50 times in one day!! Still no answerUPDATE: BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Purchased a vehicle from them (7/2023). Noticed it had a small oil leak after we drove it home. Called the warranty company (since gti auto wouldn’t answer) and they told us to have it diagnosed. Turns out THE ENTIRE ENGINE WAS LEAKING. it’s going to cost us 4k in repairs and the warranty only covers 1K of that. THEY ABSOLUTELY SELL LEMON CARS HERE. I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing from here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Service is ok and the cars are way overpriced. Don’t waste your time because their vehicles are questionable when it comes to quality. Take your business to triangle imports in Raleigh and ask for Jeff. You’ll have the best car buying experience and you’ll get a very well maintained vehicle and service. Tell them Johann sent you.

I recently got a car from them in February. When I got the car they let me know that it will need an oil change soon and I could bring it back for one. I was a few problems here and there took it back a couple times to be looked at...I took it back for a oil change and they never changed my oil!! Before I pulled off from the lot the man told me they did my oil change and everything Had me riding around wit no oil and messed up my motor!!! I went back to them and addressed the issue and they claim they couldn’t do anything bout it!! Mind you I’m making payments on the car and it’s their fault they messed my car up!! So now they basically got me out my money

Bought a Honda for my sons first car. Mathew helped me navigate through which car would be best while also working with me on pricing. I will recommend this business and his service to me friends and family.

If I could leave a review without having to select a star, I would. My family purchased 3 cars from this company and within the first month, the first week rather, things concerning the cars start declining. Check engine light came on, and there is a list of things wrong with the car. My mother’s car they had to tow back to GTI because the “timing belt” was bad. They lied about having a mechanic look at the car and when the car would be ready. Never had a mechanic and called and said “we don’t have a mechanic and I can’t do anything with your car, so come get it.” The car was then towed to precision tune and we found out that the engine was bad. I don’t recommend anyone to them. They fix cars up good enough to sale and pass inspection and after you drive from the lot, it’s on you.

This may be long but if I can help someone else that is the ultimate goal!I went to GTI of Durham located on Chapel Hill Blvd in March 2018. When I arrived there there was only one car that stood out to me and that was a 2004 BMW 325i. I test drove the car and also had put it on a diagnostic machine before I purchased it. The car was riding ruff and there was a service light on. I advised the owner that I would not purchased the vehicle unless the issue with the car was fixed. So I left the dealership that morning and proceed to go elsewhere to weigh my options. I get a call back five hours later advising me the the car was fix and if I was still interested I can come test drive it again etc.....I did just that! When I got there the mechanic met me inside and said he we fixed the issues with the car all it need was some C-fome (or is it sea form ?) any way he advised me that this was the issue. When wanting to look at the car the owner said no no she ok let’s just get this paperwork done so you can be on your way. The mechanic said no Boss I want to show her the issue is resolved before she purchase he car (red flag #1). Against my better judgment and being in a rush to get a car because of personal reason I gave this man $2000 cash down for this car and would be finish with the car in less than 15 months. Two days after I purchased the car the light came back on also with another check engine light. I went to a machnic friend of mines and the codes read either I was going to need a O2 sensor or my Cadillac converter replaced. I took the car back to GTI and they “claimed” that I was using reg gas which I would never in a BMW and they needed to clean it out. Well after I left about a week the light came back on........let’s speed up to May 2018. Now I thought my payments were due on the 5th over ever month and I did not have a problem with paying the late fee because the way my pay schedule was at my job. Around May 20th my husband didn’t pick me up from work because GTI sent a detective from Durham county along with someone from their shop to come and reposes my car. I called the owner and I advised him that we are still in the month of May and the payment is not even a month late. He advised me that it was because I had a last of coverage in insurance. I said my car has never lasped in coverage. (Me and him argued over the phone) he gave me a fax number so I could call my insurance company and have them fax that there was no coverage lost. I call my insurance company had them faxed it called him back and he stated that he gave me the wrong fax number. Now at this point I’m mad because I have to be at work the next day at 5am and the insurance company closed at 6pm. This was on a Friday. Now we’re on the phone and he says before you get you car you’re going to need to pay th $400 repossession Gee and your May payment to get you car back. Why do I have to pay you a repossession fee to get my car back when there is no lapse of coverage??????? I told him I would pay my May payment but I’m not paying a repo fee because he illegally repossesd my car. We argued to the point we he stated “business wise this is my fault but professionally this is your fault not making sure we had the insurance info. (This is the same insurance company that they suggested that I signed up for in their office the day I got the car) ? I came in the next day paid my May payment and he then apologize and stated he would waive the repo fee. I wasn’t supposed to pay it anyway. I also advised them that the car was never fixed and the light was still on.........well they did something to my car long enough for the check engine light to go off and I can drive it off the lot! Two weeks later we’re in the month of June. I’m drive south 85 towards the Oxford exit and the car starts to slow down. Now there is a semi truck behind me and a lot of traffic so I’m scared because my girls and I’m the back seat and this could have been a major accident. I had the car towed the next day in my yard. Had two machines look at the car and was advised that I needed a
