Horrible company, horrible delivery, horrible employees! They did not confirm delivery beforehand. Just showed up in a Ryder 3-axle truck and parked it on my new driveway. The 2 employees were so rude and nasty. They were supposed to deliver inside garage but decided to just leave it outside. When I told them it needed to be delivered inside, they shoved my $7,000 sauna over on its side letting it crash to the ground and slid it into my garage. The 2 delivery men cursed at me and were so rude I can’t believe any company would use this delivery service.

Terrible company and customer service! Rescheduled my delivery 3 times. The driver left my over 400 pound order on a pallet in the middle of my circle driveway. As I waved my arms to flag him down, he just laughed and drove off. I immediately called the company and asked them to come back and was told the driver said I stood in my driveway and flipped them off so they felt uncomfortable. The driver was in front of my house leaving before I even saw them and tried to wave them down to come back. Notice the photo, had they taken all of 3 extra minutes, they could've left my package under my carport, a mere maybe 4 feet away from where they opened the truck and dumped it off the back. Horrible. I will never do business with this company again.

Well, on the good side: the delivery people did not damage the refrigerator they delivered. That's about it. As for the other side: I have never encountered ruder people. Our order invoice, which they GAVE us, clearly stated that the item was to be unpacked and placed. They refused at first, til we pointed out that such an agreement was written on the paper they were holding. They hurriedly and irritatedly unwrapped the fridge and put it in place. My husband said, 'hold on a second & let me see inside.' But they were already out the door and said over their shoulder, 'well you can look at it all you want...!!!' Horrible, surly people. We actually had a nice tip teed up for them, since that is our usual practice, but they were out the door so quickly and were so appallingly uncivil that they got back in the truck without a dime. Home Depot take note: Don't use this company or complain LOUDLY to them.

Absolutely horrible! I call a werk ahead of time for a delivery that they assured me about. I took off on the day of delivery to receive the item. No sho, no call. I called and they said they could not find the item they were delivering. Needless to say I ha e to take off next week to see if they can do what they have been paid for. Absolute incompetence.

If I could give no stars, I would. I purchased a bathroom vanity from HD and instead of it being delivered to the porch they left it in the grass in my front yard. They don’t need a job…

Useless. Person on the phone doesn't even check on the actual status of our order. Lost our package in their "warehouse" and tried to reschedule delivery 4 times before finally admitting they lost it. Avoid these losers like the plague.

If I could give a NEGATIVE ZERO I would all day long. I ordered a mattress /box spring from JC Penny who contracted my "white glove" delivery service out to HuB Group who has an address in Chantilly VA on their delivery receipt that was emailed to me. This company contracted my delivery with Guardian Logistics Solutions (isn't that name a joke) because they are not a Guardian or Logistic or Solutions delivery service provider from my experience and the address on their delivery reciept was in Durham NC. They came to my home while I was at work today and decided to leave the mattress and one part of the box spring order on my deck (trespassing) after that very hard rain we had yesterday. I called both Hub Group and Guardian and found the lack of concern par for the course which gave me better insight on why the delivery person (s) was so comfortable in doing what they did. First thing is the delivery person (s) did not have my permission to leave a mattress and half of the box spring order on my deck as I would NOT have allowed that, but they did AND then they signed print and signatured my name, date and time as if I had signed for the delivery?? Then when I questioned my name being forged on their paperwork they said the delivery person said they spoke to me and I said leave the mattress / half of the box spring on the deck". Now that is an outright LIE. When calling Hub Group the person said it would be escalated with an attitude as if I dropped the mattress off on the deck. When calling Guardian they said the delivery person said "They had talked to me and I told them to leave the mattress on the deck because I REALLY wanted it today". Think about that for a moment, would I REALLY be calling you about the mattress / half of the box spring order that was left on my deck if I gave permission to leave it there?? They said the person said they had spoken to me, which is just a bold lie. No one spoke to me about the delivery of this mattress today. The nerve that someone would lie about speaking to me when they had been calling my home phone (which is the number on the order) AND I was at work today so I don't know who they spoke too but it was not me or anyone else in my home. But of course that person know that already and felt comfortable telling the lie because clearly this is the culture there.Listen, if you are ordering from a company large items go ahead and ask them upfront who they are using for delivery services and RUN not Walk if either one of these names are given. Tell them to get you somebody else.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Denise in the office is incompetent. They no showed 3 times, while I waited all day for their arrival. When they finally delivered, on the 4th time, they were unable to move the desk to the rear of my house because it was too heavy. I bought this from home Depot and paid for "delivery to any room" however this company is unable to complete that. Anyways, if you order from home Depot or anyone else that uses this company, I feel bad for you , because you will not have a good experience... They are horrible

If I could give negative stars for their HORRIBLE service I would. Let me clarify that I worked in transportation and logistics for 12 years.Ordered a bathroom fixture from Home Depot( who should be ashamed of using this company) and paid extra for inside delivery. Order arrives 2 weeks late. First day I get a confirmation that they'll delivery within a 4 hr window. Rearrange my day, nothing, no one shows up, calls etc. I called next day and they claimed the drivers ran out of DOT hours. ARE YOU KIDDING ME, lie #1. Get set up for delivery # 2, driver and assistant show up 1 day later, assistant smells like he's been smoking pot all morning. Driver tells me he can't delivery inside because it's just the 2 of them and it's heavy. Says their going to load back on truck and take back. I called dispatch and she says they can't take inside because it's too heavy. I told them to leave on the porch and I'd deal with it myself. Home Depot refunded my delivery fee. But they are just as guilty for using this company.NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GUARDIAN LOGISTICS.... EVER!!!

Grateful for the extra help Guardian provided. They went the extra mile delivering our package into our house. Box was not damaged at all.

Received my Treadmill in perfect order. Delivery team was on time, courteous and even gave me a courtesy call prior to arrival. Couldn't have had a better experience.
