I live quite a bit away from this location so I asked for dimensions for their toolbox since I’m not going to pay for a truck and I have a small SUV. I just wanted to make sure it fits or not. They refused to give me dimensions unless I come in person which is a waste of my time. First impressions matter and the customer service was subpar. I’ll be going elsewhere to purchase a toolbox

Not a very happy camper!!! Completed survey for tool set. After completing the survey, window unable to receive the tool set, clicked to pay shipping, and the window disappeared." The JOKE is on me. I Love harbor fright, but sad, sad, sad. The end!!!

I wanted to buy an air compressor and needed to talk to someone for product information. Every employee that I reached out to has said they are too busy to help. The old man with the cap was so rude and declined to even properly talk to me. Just left the store without buying anything. I just needed someone to help. Putting this review in the hopes of customer service improvement in the Harbor Freight store at this location.

I was very disappointed. They had a sale for some items that I wanted. So I went to the store, pick out the items I wanted and a few that I seen, that were on sale too. I go to check out and the prices were full cost. I asked why and was told those prices were for members only. I looked at the ad and in the fine print you had to be a member. Why would I want to pay $30 for member? That is ridiculous. I am a Costco member and that is worth it.

Absolutely vile and reprehensible behavior from the employees here—notably from the manager on duty at the time, Davonte.
I was waiting with our car by the front door and somehow grabbed the attention of Davonte and the other employee in the store at the time. For some puzzling reason, even with me being outside in the car minding my own business, something about me must’ve caught Davonte’s attention enough that my husband was asked if I was his “old lady.” He was then pressed further after he tried to avoid an uncomfortable and rude question, finally saying that I was his friend. Davonte then asked, in apparent disbelief, “is that a guy?” He and the other employee then shared a mocking look and laughed, apparently quite amused by whatever it was about my appearance as a guy that they found so perplexing. Maybe it was the pink hat, maybe it was the long blonde hair, maybe it’s that I was wearing bright eye and face makeup; who knows.
It’s wildly inappropriate and in incredibly poor taste to overtly mock and laugh at a customer’s appearance. Two grown men acting like ignorant middle school bullies while on the clock, representing Harbor Freight, is alarmingly bizarre behavior; especially for someone in a leadership position.
Next time, don’t be shy! Come outside yourself and take a picture, it’ll last longer.
