Had a wonderful experience at Hendrick. Sam, Ziad, and Adham went above and beyond from start to finish, even staying open an hour or so past closing time while we decided what we wanted to do. There was no pressure to buy. We will absolutely be sending friends to Hendrick!The dealership was very clean and had great customer amenities as well!

I called the shop because I was having trouble with my battery. The receptionist (sorry I forgot her name) was very helpful and checked with the manager to see if they could accommodate me. It was a Saturday afternoon working with a skeleton team, however the team allowed me to come in and took great care of me. Cameron explained the warranty for my battery and I was able to get my replacement for much less than I expected.I don't usally get my vehicle serviced at this location because of the distance from my home, but if I need any major work, I will seriously consider taking that trip especially if they do loaner vehicles.Thanks for the excellent service and atmosphere in the waiting area.

Went in for my first service and everything was done in a timely manner. However, the one area they could use improvement is the free car wash. They did a great job vacuuming, but the wash left much to be desired. I didn't expect a detailed cleaning but it looked like they just ran a water hose over it.

I've been taking my 2017 Acura MDX to Hendrick Acura Southpoint consistently during ownership. They are very organized from the time you make your appointment, to the time you are greeted by your service advisor to the time you drive away in a freshly washed vehicle fresh from service. I've never been disappointed. My time is respected and they make sure I am comfortable whether I need to work at a table or in a private office or if I just want to watch TV and have a drink and a snack. I never delay service and I always look forward to it.

Excellent customer service on the used truck I just purchased. I was flying in from out of town and they worked me every step of the way with no "run around". Thanks Perla !! Even the finance dept didn't continue to pressure me after I declined the extra warranty add on items. Only 1 experience here but it was top notch.

Jamie the service advisor was amazing and took care of my car repair in a very professional way. He not only took time to make sure the issue was diagnosed properly, made sure the estimates were provided to me and even arranged the drive so that i could leave my car for the diagnosis and arranged a pick up so i could get back to get my car. Overall a great experience with the service of my 2012 Acura MDX

I had another great experience at the Hendrick Acura Southpoint service department. I've been taking my car there since I bought it 4 years ago and have always had a good experience. Betty arranged a loaner car for me, and Jamie helped me the day I came in so everything went smoothly. I received a video from the mechanic as he worked on the car, and everything was done in a timely manner. I appreciate the car wash and vacuum. Thanks, Hendrick Acura!

September 2, 2023 I bought a Toyota Camry SE, and my experience with Hendrick Acura was absolutely EXCELLENT. Edgar was my salesperson and Charlie did the finance. Both of these gentlemen were extremely helpful and professional. Two weeks after my purchase Edgar called me to check how my car was doing, and he asked if I had any questions. He reminded me about the lifetime carwash, and he assured me that he was available at anytime. This was the first car I have ever financed, and I was concerned with the process. Hendrick Acura Southpoint handled it all. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I meet. My next car, in two years, will be bought at Hendrick Acura Southpoint.

Had a great experience at Hendrick Acura Southpoint. Scheduled service on-line, received reminders, check-in was easy, they had a nice waiting area and private offices to work from or take calls while they worked on servicing the car. Clinton Harris was a great service member to work with, he provided updates as needed and made the visit quick and easy.

My service was fine. However, their appointment system is useless. I made a “drop off” appointment for 7:40a. I called and notified them I would be there by 7:50a and they said that was fine. They did not contact me stating my car was ready until 3:48p. All I got done was an oil change and tire rotation, which should not have taken anywhere near 4 hours, let alone 8. They were also so slow in sending an Uber to pick me up, that I cancelled the one they sent because I was already on the way. Upon arriving back at Acura to pick up my car I was notified that “drop off” appointments usually take all day since you leave the car. That logic makes absolutely no sense to me. I did a “drop off” because I did not have the time to wait. Which also means I don’t have time for you to keep my car all day for a 2, max 3 hour, service. I was very frustrated and disappointed.

Just purchased a certified, pre-owned 2022 Acura. Not only do I love my car, but I love the staff at Acura Southpoint. Everyone was so kind and very accommodating from beginning to end. Travis from the client care team was friendly and very informative when he called to set up my test drive appointment. He let me know that Shelton would be taking care of me and even made sure I had the correct directions to the dealership. Shelton was a "Godsend" right from the start. He called before I arrived at the dealership to introduce himself and let me know where to meet him for the test drive. Shelton was very prompt, professional and so kind. He had everything ready to go when we arrived. He was so patient and answered every single one of our questions (we had plenty). He explained every feature in the car in real time as we were on the test drive. Shelton is so down to earth; my family and I enjoyed getting to know him. He and the entire team worked hard to get me exactly what I was looking for. They just make you feel like family. After the sale, he made sure to let me know I could contact him anytime with questions. This was a superb experience. I will absolutely keep going to this Acura location for everything Acura! I was working with Ryan and Charles the entire time and they were amazing. They took care of me and my husband every step of the way. Ryan communicated with me about everything that went on with my TLX type S. We loved them so much that we purchased my husbands Integra type S with the accessory package. We are now driving in style and it’s all thanks to Ryan and Charles. As a matter of fact they checked on us not too long ago to make sure we were still satisfied with our purchases. Honestly 5 stars is not enough! 10/10 highly recommend! Side note: they don’t know this but my husband and I always talked about having matching cars. We could just never make it happen. Now because of Ryan and Charles, we both have type S’ both with red interior, both white, and both somewhat matching lol
