Excellent service, workers were polite and professional. They were very helpful in diagnosing the issues with my car. Biggest issue is that they tend to be busy, had to wait several days to get my car looked at and repaired.

I had a great experience at High Tech Auto Care and definitely plan on taking my car back there! I usually dread taking my car in, but it was such pleasant experience, everyone was very friendly, and helpful and provided excellent service.

Rude, inflexible people, but I guess they got the job done. “We fix cars” yep that’s literally all you do - no customer service skills when it’s needed, no care for your customers beyond the payment they make. Good for business, terrible for people trying in good faith to problem solve an awful day. But I guess they got paid so that’s all that matters!

Just a wonderful, skilled, and honest staff! They've literally told us that we didn't need work that other shops said we needed, and that they wouldn't take our money for that.
Repairs are always done right. The one time I had a slight issue after a repair (not their fault, just an either/or fix that we guessed wrong on), they got me right back in to rectify it. Cannot recommend highly enough!

My family and I have been taking all of our vehicles to Ed at High Tech for years. They take great care of our vehicles and keep us up to date on any other services we may need soon. This is the ONLY place I take my cars!

I've been here a few times for routine maintenance and have always been very pleased. Customer service is awesome and I don't ever feel like I'm being "taken advantage of." I asked for them to look at my air filter today, as a matter of fact, because I thought it might need to be replaced. The tech came back in and said "nope, you're all set!" (Something I feel like wouldn't have happened at some previous places I've been to!) I appreciate their honesty and high-quality care! Plus, Duke (their black lab) is super cute!
