Disappointed with customer service. Asked for help from a store person with looking at a full length mirror multiple times and was told to wait. After waiting for 5 minutes ob the first attempt and another 5 minutes on a second attempt, I watched him actively go up to other shoppers asking them if they needed help. It was only after I was leaving that he decided to help me. I will not be coming back.

Depending on what you’re looking for on any day. Can be a bit over crowded in certain areas

Love the fact Homegoods is right across the street from me. Hate the fact that the staff is rude. Also, follows me around the store. When you get to the register the cashier are not nice but do engage in conversation with each other. This place needs better management asap.

Of all the HomeGoods stores in the Raleigh area this is by to far the very best one. Everything is always so organized and well merchandised. The staff and managers are always busy but willing to stop and help you with anything you need. I love this place.

Visiting in the area, we stopped in here with my friend and found some nice things as usual with HomeGoods.

Walked into the store this evening to very unwelcoming staff members. As I entered the breeze way of the HomeGoods, I politely said “hello” to a staff member and got NO RESPONSE just to found out later that this lady was a manager on duty. Less than 5 seconds later, my next encounter was with another staff member who offers no type of formal greeting but unapologetically blurts out “the store closes in 10 minutes” as if to say “how dare you walk in here so close to closing”.
When I raised the matter to the managers attention, I was offered very nonchalant and patronizing apologies, which is probably because she too was part of the problem. I understand that customers entering a store close to closing can be daunting for any employee but, what they didn’t know is I drove 1 hour to pick up an item I placed on hold earlier that day. I located that item and I was standing at the register within 1 min of me being there. My time in the store, factoring in the disingenuous conversation with the manager, took less than 5 mins.
This is my first time in this store and the customer dis-service I received screams my business is NOT welcome here. Very disappointing.

Why is this place always overcrowded? Don't get me wrong- I love HomeGoods, but this HomeGoods has definitely degraded overtime.
I've been going to this HomeGoods for at least the last 15 years. During my three trips over the last year, each time there have been aisles blocked off because of new or old inventory just sitting on rolling shelves parked in the aisles. There's always inventory overflowing onto the floor which makes the place come off as cluttered, dirty and cramped. It's definitely not ADA compliant at the moment. I would highly recommend it to anyone with mobility issues: walkers, canes, wheelchairs, etc. to avoid this place. I would not bring children because the inventory overflowing is not even safe for adults. There are tripping hazards, the aisles are very close together, there is a lot of breakable stuff around, only one person can fit on an aisle at any given time. It definitely has the feeling of a warehouse that the buyers need to go and pick through. I've been in estate sales for a long time and know what comes with that type of sale, but it's not necessarily what I want when I go to HomeGoods.

Love Home Goods! Hate the crowds but the store is great which is why it's crowded all the time. This one is a great shopping center close to Target, Michael's, Kirkland's and some food places. The store can feel cluttered but has great selection. I always go here for olive oil or salt and pepper because it is always cheaper here than in the store. I also love the teas they have. Nice furniture options too, but can be pricey compared to At Home. The staff is always nice and the lines are long but never take forever to get through.
