Ordered custom shirts for an event, came in with the sleeves 3 inches to short - went back and they remeasured and sent 2 of the exact same shirts in the incorrect size. Too late to give them another chance before my event. Absolutely unacceptable.

We scheduled an appointment to go in and look at options for a custom tux for my fiancé for our wedding. They called us this morning to confirm our appointment for 5pm this afternoon. They even asked if we could make it earlier. Unfortunately we had an appointment before this and told them we couldn’t move it earlier in the day, so we would still be there at 5pm. Our earlier appointment finished sooner than expected, so we were able to get there around 4:50pm. We were greeted by regular Nordstrom employees who were very nice, and called the Indochino consultant to let them know we were there and waiting. By 5:10pm the Indochino person still had not shown up. Two additional Nordstrom employees had checked on us and assured us that the representative would be there shortly. My fiancé is in the military and get really upset when people are not on time. He decided that since we were willing to spend so much to order a custom tux the bare minimum they could do is be on time, and 10 minutes is more than enough grace period when they even called us to confirm our appointment earlier in the day. Horrible customer service. Not worth it. Spend your money elsewhere.

You take 20 minutes inputting measurements then they don't even allow you to review them or export them for your own records.

Unable to update or provide the suit even when the order was placed 2 months in advance.Untrustable service, not doing going to do business with them again.

Customer service is terrible. It’s impossible to talk to someone if you have a question. For as expensive as the suits are there should be better customer service

Received my suit today, jacket fit perfectly! Need to have my pants adjusted, but everything was as expected. Scheduled a final look online, remember to book before you go!
