I like to see JCPenney doing well these days. There were plenty of folks in the store shopping, lots of sales going on, well-stocked items, and a really clean store.

When with my sister to get a graduation dress and the person checking us out was so nice. 10/10 would recommend going when she is working. The dresses were great and the employees I uncounted were wonderful.

I've been here a few times at JCPenney at southpoint mall, and it's pretty great, because they have good flannels, pants, shorts, and T-shirts to try on in my experience. There wasn't a lot of service there but I think there was one cashier. Overall pretty great store and I'll be back to explore.

They seem to be getting rid of all their good stuff, like their Stafford Executive Dress shirts. And it's easier to get discounts online than in-store. It's starting to get a "going out of business" vibe.

I bought a ring And it got sent out so that it can be seized before Thanksgiving. I have calls Over 10 × to see when I'll be getting my ring back. No one can give me any information. And I've been getting a run around for the last couple of weeks. It has been almost 2 months now. Everyone keeps telling me that a manager will call me but no. So finally yesterday I was told the company sent it back to JC Penney's December 12th. But they never got the package. And now I still have to wait. Because they don't have any more information for me. The management and customer service is terrible. I understand it was a holiday, but now it's January. You need to do better.
